The art villa is very unique we enjoyed the decor.

The place is relaxing and cool. The landscaping is beautifully done, and the decorations are lovely, giving it a cozy, home-like feel. The host is very attentive. Highly recommended!

Comfortable and convenient location. There are 7-11 and CU marts on the left and right. Mixue is just around the corner across the lane.

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel was very noisy, especially on the ground floor.

Stayed in this lovely hotel for 3 times within 2 weeks. The rooms are very well maintained, looks new even though the staff told me it's around 9 years old!

We always choose Raia Hotel when we visit Alor Setar. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were attentive and friendly.

Overall. Im happy to stay at this hotel. But, please look into this matter.
1. Noisy room. Not sound proof room. Can hear people chat from neighboor room.

The room size is fair, very clean, facilities are good, got fridge too. The location is strategic, close to centre, very close too convenient shop and nasi kandar Hussain, the best indeed.

Excellent affordable stay. I have zero complaints. Keep up the quality!

Location was strategic. Parking enough and easy to access. Room quite big and fit for my family.

Very strategic place, clean and good service provided, where there is parking and a guard was here to watch over, and near food court or tourist spot. Staffs are friendly and nice to help.

There is a short cut way to get to Dataran Alor Setar from this hotel by crossing the river. Few years back have to walk quite far.

I was visiting from Canada and stayed for 2 nights. Front desk girl Isha was very nice and polite. Other staff of hotel were also good.

I had a pleasant stay at 38PC Alor Setar. The room was clean and comfortable, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful—they even recommended good places to eat nearby.

We stayed at 39PC for 2 nights and the room was sparkling clean, the whole hotel and room is so clean! Every staff was attentive and delivered great service.

Strategic location near Exit Toll Alor Setar Selatan. Ample space for car park. But hotel don't have fridge.

14-16/2/25. Good clean hotel.
The room is small but good enough for the price.
No lifts so you have to climb up some stairs.

A pleasant hotel/ apartment stay with clean rooms, good swimming pool and most importantly, great front line staff that always serve with a smile and truly helpful.

Great find in Alor Setar! This 2024 apartment is very new and clean. It had everything we needed, including dishwashing supplies and a working microwave.

It is really a good experience to stay at NovaStay. The room is clean, spacious, comfy bed and most important is non-smoking area!

This is always my first choice whenever I’m in Alor Setar.
I’ve stayed here many times, and every visit has been a pleasant experience. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

Puas hati 5star sy bgi ♥️♥️

Staying here to focus on the completion of some office works. This place is pretty new and such very clean with spectacular Alor Setar view from suburb.

Thank for giving me the convenience of having a pleasant house to stay for my big day. Look forward for another stay in the future.

Pleasant stay and excellent position because it's close to Alor Setar's town center (Aman Central & Chinatown Alor Setar) also the mahathir old house is situated just beside the hotel, as well as a

Room very clean. Basic necessity provided as well as hair dryer. Location just behind Rumah Kelahiran Mahathir and nearby Nasi Lemak Royale.

I gave 3 star for the service not because they have a poor service.

Fairly new hotel, rooms were very clean and amenities per what we paid. It was Rm 86 for a twin room per night.

Made a last-minute booking due to heavy traffic on the way back to Penang from Kuala Perlis during the Hari Raya festive season. Appreciated the cleanliness—sheets and bed were spotless.

Bungalow lot with homestay concepts with various room sizes, comfy ambient. Very clean & neat, daily water bottles supplied, coway hot & cold water dispenser at seating area.

Recommended… close to the bus stop. Restaurants. And many facilities nearby… the staff n owner are very attentive n friendly…

I booked through booking. Com. Very affordable price.
5 rooms altogether, 3 bathroom, a kitchen and other necessity but must bring towel because not provided.

They provide all the facilities enough. And me and my friend very comfortable stay here.
If I go Alor Star again. InsyaAllah I will booking here again.

I would choose this hotel again and again whenever I'm in Alor Setar. It's a lovely boutique hotel with spacious, spotlessly clean rooms.

Our room was without window, small room with queen bed but very clean. Cleanliness very important for us.
Breakfast was simple and good. The staff incharge of breakfast (saw only 1 lady) was pleasant.

Really nice hotel, very clean and comfortable.
The staff there is so kind and friendly.
Perfect for one night near supermarket with some restaurant.

It is easily found but the location might put off some people as it is quite isolated from shops, convenience stores but it's not far from them.
