Very clean and great sound proofing. I didnt even hear the noisy swiftlet hotel behind the hotel in my room. Decently spacious family room with 1 full bed and 1 twin bed. Smell new.

Worth the price. Seriously, would be lovely if there was a cupboard for storing clothes and bags, and also a mirror. Other than that, it was lovely staying here.
