No elevator as this only double storrey building, guest with eldery should consider this.

Comfortable and convenient location. There are 7-11 and CU marts on the left and right. Mixue is just around the corner across the lane.

This hotel provides excellent service and offers a luggage storage service. The rooms are clean and equipped with an iron and a TV (though please note it's not a smart TV).

My wife and I travelled to Alor Setar to visit a friend and decided to stay at Fuller Hotel mainly because of its convenient location.

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel was very noisy, especially on the ground floor.

Stayed in this lovely hotel for 3 times within 2 weeks. The rooms are very well maintained, looks new even though the staff told me it's around 9 years old!

First time book this hotel for our CNY family visit trip. This hotel is abit old but overall quite clean. Staff is quite friendly as well. One major thing to highlight is that their bed is so comfy!

We are a family with three children from Kuala Lumpur and stayed at StarCity Hotel for two nights as we had family and friends’ events in Alor Setar.

Location was strategic. Parking enough and easy to access. Room quite big and fit for my family.

Room very clean. Basic necessity provided as well as hair dryer. Location just behind Rumah Kelahiran Mahathir and nearby Nasi Lemak Royale.

The room size is fair, very clean, facilities are good, got fridge too. The location is strategic, close to centre, very close too convenient shop and nasi kandar Hussain, the best indeed.

I recently stayed at Hotel Samila in Alor Setar and had a pleasant overall experience. One of the hotel’s biggest strengths is its location.

Nice place to stay, comfy and just walk a distance to Amanjaya mall, Menara Kedah and located strategic. Parking also easy to access.

Amazing homestay experiences. Located in the remote area with easy access and good travel distance to the city centre. 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen.

For a relatively small hotel it's quite comfortable. Service by counter is excellent. Parking not a hassle.

I only come here for swimming, never stay at this hotel 😅😅😅😁😁😁😁. Their swimming pool open for all customers even no staying at the hotel. I went there buy tiket RM6.30. I very enjoy swimming at there.

Room is big and can easily accommodate 4 adults. In room facilities are adequate and the inclusion of iron and ironing board is a thoughtful one.

I would like to commend Mr. Hafez Suib from the front desk for his exceptional professionalism and politeness. I checked in on Saturday, 27 December and checked out on Sunday, 28 December 2025.

The hotel had seen its glorious days. However at the price offered incisive of breakfast I’d say it’s worth the money. Bfast was humble but nice.

One night in Hashtag hotel. Easy self check in/out. The hotel and room are clean. Just no elevator for 3 storey hotel. So for eldest need to aware this one before booking.

A decent hotel located in town centre, 5 minute drive to KTM station. The check-in process is simple, and the receptionist is helpful and knows English.
Rooms are small but clean and neat.

Fairly new hotel, rooms were very clean and amenities per what we paid. It was Rm 86 for a twin room per night.

Made a last-minute booking due to heavy traffic on the way back to Penang from Kuala Perlis during the Hari Raya festive season. Appreciated the cleanliness—sheets and bed were spotless.

Bungalow lot with homestay concepts with various room sizes, comfy ambient. Very clean & neat, daily water bottles supplied, coway hot & cold water dispenser at seating area.

It is easily found but the location might put off some people as it is quite isolated from shops, convenience stores but it's not far from them.
