I did not know about the hotel inside, but I quiet know about the badminton court that provides below the hotel. It has really nice court.

WORST badminton reservation ever! 10years ago the reservation system and 10 years later is the same! Booked 2 courts, and one court had been given. The aunty said, " the other court was book, so u only have one court. "
No sorry, nothing! what?! u expect 10ppl to play in one court? And the answer provided is ridiculous, especially when they said that is non of their business.

The swimming pool is very crowded and a happening place daily, especially on weekends. They recently upgraded the lobby and swimming fee reception area. They sell many snacks and drinks there at affordable prices. There's a large badminton court, and studios for dancing or Zumba classes. Two pools.

It means Alor Setar Recreation Centre. Hotel with public swimming pool. It’s an old hotel but still have room to upgrade the facilities. Room wise just okay.

Affordable price with clean swimming pool. Great room decor. Within walking distance to restaurabts. Shopping mall and food court are nearby too.

All in 1 sports centre. Has badminton courts for rent, futsal court, swimming pool and a dance floor. Is also a hotel.

Simple hotel with new annex hotel building. I always stay in the old building. Very convenience for 1nite stop stay as the location is very near to Alor Setar town. Walking distance to Menara Alor Star, Masjid Zahir and newly open big shopping complex to add. Room is very basic. Old buiding 4storey with no elevator but the annex hotel building has. There is paid to use swimming pool on the ground floor. If you just might happened need to overnight in Alor Star this is the hotel. Hassle free. Limited parking space.

Wow. Seriously satisfied and happy with the very cheap price paid for 3 days 2 nights through Agoda (only RM121.95). And got this big room, big bathroom, and a swimming pool. Nice view from the window (2nd floor — using stairs only). Plus. There is badminton court, squash, tabble tennis. Aerobic, yoga as well as dancing class also offered. Glad to stay here. Will come again for sure.

Nice and cozy hotel. Spacious yet reasonable. Many parking lot. The best is the swimming pool.

Reasonable price for a standard room. Swimming pool and indoor sport hall attract a lot of people. Parking. No elevator.

Affordable price, lots of sports recreation facilities & walking distance to Aman Central.

Comfortable and nice room. A place you can enjoy with family. There is swimming pool here.

Rm4.50 per entry into the pool. Decent pool, clean environment. The bathroom needs a bit of upgrading. But otherwise, no complaint.

We are staying at the old block hotel. There's no lift which was already well informed by the staffs when we made the reservation. Room is huge, so spacious. Imagine a double person room can easily fit in probably 5 more people in here. There is a swimming pool which hotel guests are entitled to use for free. The floor and bathroom are almost spotless. Although most furnitures here are old, but they are still practical and functional. There are a few facilities to aid the disabled people. Very thoughtful. For the price and facilities provided, I give them 5 stars.

Excellent place! Swimming pool! Sports shop! Badminton, squash, tennis courts! Cosy cafe and tuck shop and an awesome hotel with city view rooms!

Reasonable price, spacious, good location near the aman central have pool, but there are some dogs around, I dont quite like dogs.

Go to swimming. Water is consider dirty.

The rooms is comfortable and big. They have a swimming pool & sports centre but no breakfast.

3days 2nights I just paid RM213 for double bed, spacious room, extra comfy pillow and a view of Alor Setar Tower. The aircond works well and lots of TV channels available. They have 24hrs convenience store. Desk can be turned into an iron boars albeit no iron coat on it so had to bring my own kain pelikat. The Wi-Fi works well all day all night. Keep up these facilities, please. NOW, in my second stay on 21-24 April, they charged me a bit higher due to internet glitch. They were persistent to charge the higher rate so I had to yield coz the Wi-Fi and TV channels are excellent for me. Plus they were complied to give me extra pillow and towel. Anyway, I got the same new block room 216 (previously 215). The toilet piping system was bad. I had to wait almost 2 minute to let the shower water residuals to subside. On my 11th June stay, I opted for old room. Lower price but same service and quality although the Wi-Fi is a bit weak. On the 16th to 18th stay, the Wi-Fi connection is still BAD even after inserting the password voucher.

It is a sports complex complete with a partially covered 25m swimming pool, badminton courts, futsal courts and a budget hotel. Walking distance to the Aman Central Megamall.

Check in because of the pool.
