If customer ready to come AEON, they have to prepare RM2 in small to prepare parking payment. If you found that you have no RM2 small change, customer service also can't help and need to go buy something useless first for the small change. That's a bad experience.

Lousy service provided by the aeon2go. No delivery yet confirm delivered without my consent. Late for 3 hours just because I didn’t pay via COD. Call customer service, was informed that the only thing I can do is wait! What a good service provided!

The plastic trolley that requires rm0.50 can only be returned to the same place. All other trolley bays are not compatible. So if you park in the center or cinema parking, don't use the plastic trolleys if you want your money back.

KFC here very bad service! Dinner time still open 1 counter for order…. Yet already allow dining in still 1 counter operate in peak hour😡😡😡😡 Highly NOT recommended this outlet.

Had a bad experience with the male salesperson in body shop. Bad customer service 👎🏽 FYI, not everyone bothers dressing up to go just to “jusco” so learn to treat all of your customers equally. Double standard at its finest.

They lack of monitoring for facilities-parking ticket machine. Had to line up for 1 hr due to only open 1 machine payment for parking ticket machine during peak hours!

Purchased Salted Egg (which I guess people who eat salted egg knows how salted duck eggs looks like) but cooked and turns out to be normal eggs that is wrapped with salted egg charcoal. So paid RM4.70 (4pcs only) for salted eggs looking eggs 🙄 and in fact taste weird, not salted and not even taste like eggs 😑

I recommend their services but I not recommend to purchase their fruit. They do exchange for me n which is better but it still rotten soon n couldn’t finish it ASAP.
Before exchange I thought they make fool with me and all the fruits is spoiled and broken. Is really disgusting 🤢.
Seem like I am bad luck. The only thing is good the staff still responsible to their duty and make it efficiency. 👍🏻

Please arrange 1 or 2 local staff for explanation to customer so we can have a good experience.
Those guard are rude x100 and treat people like bodoh… hey this is our country, shouldn’t let their stupid culture interrupt our country image. And while going in supermarket need to scan again, can anyone explain why we need to do this double job? Same, the guard only simply pick anyone and shouted loudly to ask me scan but not everyone compulsory to scan.

Food court at Bkt Indah Aeon is full of tt laksa smell until it goes to the 2nd floor. Woman's clothes dept full of tt laksa smell. What shoping experience you want to give the shoopers with tt open laksa gravy boiling away on 1st floor? Then… pray hard there is fork n spoon when you eat at food court. Hv to go begging the food sellers for plastic cutlery. Wat an experience! Plse improve.

Super lousy carpark manage! To get out from carpark took more than 1 hr.
