Clean rooms, Wi-Fi not working mid size, TV with around 10 channels value for money when there is promo.

Clean and nice. Just that receptionist keep playing game on their mobile and lousy.

Nice location where u able to access alot of food.

We stayed in a connecting room of 305 & 307. Room is clean & spacious. Aircon is powerful. Bed & pillows are comfortable w clean sheets, we'd a good night rest. The only thing need to change is the towel, it has turned from white to greyish. Lots of eateries, foot reflex around & 10mins walking distance to Aeon. Will stay here again.
p. S. Don't expect friendly greeting from front desk staff. They are there merely to carry out task. No personal touch but its ok for me.

Room has many ants all over, at every area and table top. Staff has no smile and don't bother to reply to emails. Price is cheap and suite comes with jacuzzi bathtub which is good.

It's has nice rooms, I only went there for a 3-hour rest before my appointment. Good rate. Very comfortable bed.

Hotel rooms appears to be okay. The rates are slightly pricey. The pillows are not that comfy and whole hotel only has 1 extra pillow. Have tried asking twice for extra pillows and was told that is the only one. Floors are a bit sticky. I do not think it is mopped regularly (Wooden flooring). Our room aircon is leaking. Nearby does have lots of food and the malls are just 10mins walk away. Although the nearest convenience stall is quite far away according to hotel staff. The hotel advises that all rooms have electronic safe but our room is not equipped with one.

Very bad front desk service. I booked a superior triple room which stated in the website there's 1 king bed and 1 single bed in the room. When I check-in to the room I saw there's only 3 single bed in the room! They combine 2 single bed. So is that called a king bed? So ridiculous! Pm them about this but no reply until today!

It is near the major malls around the area. And late night food is available too. Very convienent.

Would be better if I say, the rooms are average but overpriced a little. No gym, swimming pool and breakfast, which should be available for 4 star rated hotel. Thats kinda lame. The rooms and services are great though.

Hotel seems clean and I never stayed their except went to the entrance and toilet. This seem pretty descent and nice for a small boutique hotel that is charging a reasonable price. Close and walking distance to all Bukit Indah shops and Aeon which is definitely a +. Does the job!

Worst hotel I had stayed so far in JB. The room be it size or outlook is totally different from the picture as well as what is describe on the website. The room are super small. Upon booking online, it state free parking. However when we are here. There is no hotel parking lot at all. And worst the parking lot outside the hotel is under public as what the staffs told us and we MUST tear the coupon at out cost. Then what is the meaning of FREE PARKING. This us cheating the customer. Don't worth the value to stay here at all. This is our 1st time trying out this hotel and cfm is the last time here.

Nice hotel, great location and great room. Hotel check-in was a bit slow, but overall I'd happily use them again.

Good room at great price. Very new and well kept with helpful staff. Remember you will need to pay parking Sundays to Thursdays.

Convenient location for those coming to visit bukit indah.

Very cheap and good hotel. Walk in for special discount that will blow your mind. At least RM70 discount. Don't say I didn't tell you.

Call to make enquiry for training seminar function room but the person in charge can't even understand and communicate properly. Shame on the management.

Took the lowest tier bedroom. One key card, no windows and a bit small. Can't expect so much for a lowest price room. But what's unsettling for me, why is there a window that connects to the toilet? It is covered by blinds which is controlled from outside the toilet! Not suitable if you are staying with friends, cos you might just get punked by then while doing my business.

Walking distance to Shopping Centre. Many eateries around. Many massage parlours around. There are direct buses from and back to Jurong east interchange at the main road in front of Aeon.

This hotel is quite new and the rooms are clean, provides sufficient amenities. Though there are no cafe or restaurants within the hotel, you can find a lot of eateries around the area.

Stay from 22 Oct 2016 for 1night. Stay in room 250 (premier suite with Jacuzzi and, transparent bathroom) for 369 myr online booking rate. Brand new hotel. It looks to me like a love hotel more. So suitable for couple. Walking distance to aeon and tesco about 10 mins. Plenty of food around if you like walking under Malaysia hot weather during the day and dark alley in the night. No breakfast and cafe in hotel. Just a place to sleep. Please see picture attached.

My kids love this place. What do u expect for that price I am sooo happy. Clean and comfirtable. Surrounded with so many things. Food; salon, foot masage and near to jaya jusco. The staff are very helpful. Thumbs up! We will come back end of this month! Thanks to siti. Mira. And suraya. My kids says hello!

My family checked in very late before 12am because it has a lift as my mum could not walk up the staircase. We loved the room which has 4 single bed n 2 bathroom.
Something ridiculous is the 1 access card n so inconvenient for us to go out while some of us who prefer to stay in the room. I need to call my son to come down to let me go up.
I agreed the staff are not properly trained especially the lady staff who was at the reception. I ticked her off when I checked out and told her I am not staying here for free. She is not friendly with sour face.
Overall, room is good but usb point is faulty n has burning smell.
