I feel disappointed! I really hate they post promotion offer at Facebook & give leaflet cheat customer! they post free one night and 3day 2night offer at Facebook, actually is cheat customer! last two weeks I was stay here, when I do check out they give me one flyer and show me they do 3day 2night promotion rm 168 only, I double check with them, only call and do booking can get RM 168 this rate! but today when I reach hotel, ready to payment, they charges me different rate, they ask me show them that flyer they give me before. I'm regular here, I always stay here for my business trip, I try to spoke with GM here, he said he is person in charge here, hotel staff informed me that I did not need to bring that leaflet, but I should have brought it! they ask me paid RM270 for two night, 23:40pm might night I reject them and leave hotel, I really cannot accept they use this technique cheat me do booking! I found another hotel stay! they service very bad! They use Facebook post offer / leaflet technique cheat customer do booking. Don't trust they post offer!
