Great service throughout the hotel. Gavin the Hotel Manager was around during check-in time to greet and assist guests. Lovely guy! Check-in process could be expedited, though longer waiting times are to be expected with the Dec holidays. Rooms are clean, neat and well-maintained. Comfortable, large beds and sufficient amenities enhanced the experience.

Great room in interior and finishing but for the foods are not in taste.

Went there for Christmas with friends but there weren’t many options and the amount paid for buffet is not worth the price at all. Not recommended.

Went there for Christmas buffet but the foods sucks real bad and cold. Worse part is the manager did nothing and the chef showed attitude when I complaint. Very unprofessional customer service.

Perfect 10/10 experience with Intercontinental KL. Rooms are amazingly spacious rooms, very super comfortable beds. Do check out their Intercontinental Club, we had a relaxing session during tea time and evening cocktail. You will be so full from their amazing spread and super attentive crew. Harry and the team from Intercontinental Club did a fantastic job to make their guests feel at home. They are awesomely friendly and attentive. It has always been an enjoyable experience for us for our visits to Intercontinental KL.

Nothing that I dont love. Spacious rooms n bathrooms, large bathtub, coffee machine, extraordinary breakfast buffet spread. Friendly staffs, easy check in n check out. Also very near to LRT. Thumbs up to all of u. Keep it up =)

Overall, I had a great experience with the intercontinental hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday on weekend.

The hotel staffs are superb efficient, helpful & friendly. My car windscreen was crack due to hit by stone before reaching hotel. The hotel manager Mr RICO has arrange my car to be parked just right beside the hotel entrance. Really appreciate his thoughtful arrangement.
The room are big and clean with superb comfy and amazing bed.
The hotel also serving nice and yummy breakfast that we enjoy much.

My children and I stayed over the Christmas period. Thank you Intercontinental KL for the amazing stay. I was surprised on my birthday with a beautiful cake. Hotel is clean and well kept. Housekeeping and maintenance were very helpful. Concierge services helped plan our tours. A special thanks to Badrullah, a great guy that was always friendly and kind.
Hotel is close to the malls and Petronis Towers that are within walking distance.

My company went for a training here. The food was great but the air-conditioning’s controls in training room was too inconvenient for my liking. You were either freezing or turn the machine off and be stuffy. Also I was so disappointed with your amenities especially the public surau. The carpet smells musty, the telekung looked and smelled like they never been washed, and there are too few prayer mats in the surau. Hopefully you can upgrade and please wash all those telekungs soon. The smell was so unbearable.

Had a great stay with a huge room and bathroom on 20th floor. Staff could not have been more helpful from general directions to booking cars for us. Without exception all staff we came across were polite and courteous. Would definitely stay again.

It was the first time we stayed in this hotel. We had a lovely room. We were greeted by a honeymoon surprise cake. The staff was very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the excellent service.

Fantastic Stay and We Will be Back. Lizell our personal assistant went above ad beyond the call of duty to make sure we had the best accommodations. We enjoyed our stay so much we will be back next year. In addition — Jason and the entire staff at Serena Cafe served a delicious buffet breakfast.

Around a lot of hotels, apartments, office buildings, shopping malls, away from KLCC about 10 minutes to go! Last year lived here for a few days, double bed, bed big to outrageous, can sleep four people still have space! The first time I saw such a big bed! So comfortable! Especially recommended is the bar in every week 46-8 points regardless of anyone, as long as the dress can be free to drink two hours of wine, beer red wine, and what other drink is not very clear! Come and ask yourself! Today from here to ask, and provide this free drink!

1. No Banquet Manager & Fail communications between wedding sales team and banquet team 2. Dished not served fully to my guests 3. Not enough manpower
— I was RE-assured that the waiter to table ratio is 1:1 before I signed the wedding lunch contact and during multiple face to face meet up. However, during the actual lunch, I received multiple feedback the waiters are not enough, not attentive, very very slow service. I personally didn’t observe enough waitresses around, it as obvious the waitress ration wasn’t 1:1! 4. Hygiene — One of my guests informed me that the baby chair was very dirty and came with small cockroach (see supporting).
— many feedback to me that the lady toilet had a few mul-functioned toilet flushes. 5. Incompetent hotel Wedding planner
— throughout my wedding lunch preparation, I was passed from TuTy to Yvonne to Laura. The transition from Yvonne to Laura wasn’t communicated at all, until I threatened to escalate my questions to higher management (see supporting).
— tea ceremony and changing functions room was swapped. This had caused much confusion to my relatives and left my immediate family to re-coordinate! When I informed Laura, she looked surprise and rebutted she was correct. (Attached rundown And previous email clearly stated the function rooms).

Great location close to most city attractions for tourists and business travellers. Staff was more than friendly. Had only breakfast and it could be improved further with more options. Recommend for families as well.

Have not stayed here, however, it is a pretty good location close to KLCC if you are a tourist or working in the vicinity. Lots of public transport options as well. Hotel has great service staff and are very courteous. The only downside is the Perpetual traffic — expected as it's in the city center. So make plans to leave early if you're travelling to Intercontinental. There is also a very convenient family mart next door. Please rate my review useful.

This was home base for a couple weeks of business. The food was fantastic, the service as good as I've ever had, the laundry service was very reasonable. Zero complaints, just a great stay! I would really like to come out here again some time. Walking distance to the towers and some other neat attractions. Very close to the M-train or whatever it's called. And once you're on the train, you're in the artery with easy access to pretty much everything.

Nice hotel, chic rooms, uninteresting under the window, around very few cafes and shops. You can quickly reach all the sights.

It was a pleasure to stay with InterContinental KL, the service was outstanding. When I’ve arrived they’ve upgraded me to a bigger room which was tidy and very clean. On the table in the room have a complimentary bottle of wine and fresh fruits been waiting for me. The bathroom has a shower and a bath tub. From the bath tub you can watch TV through a huge window and turn on the TV sound in the bath room.

Went for Christmas Eve buffet dinner @ Serene Brasserie and it was my 3rd visit to the restaurant in past one year. Unfortunately the food served was not accordance to their menu. I don’t see the Alaska king crab and baby lobster in the buffet line as stipulated in advertisement and I totally feel cheated. The snow crab on ice served was “limited” edition as the chefs only replenish them once a while with limited serving and it was totally not enough to cater for the crowd of that night. Seriously paying the price was totally not worthy and I was regretted. Please don’t cheat your customer with those attractive seafood in your advertisement if you cannot serves them. The only saving grace was the taste of the salted egg yolk crab and friendly clown else you don’t even deserves a star. I woud not want to consider to revisit the restaurant anymore.

Nice enough ballroom and facilities but parking was terrible. Outsourced Co short changed me and spent 10 min in humid conditions to resolve it. Even the car park lanes are incredibly narrow. Very easy to scratch your car.

Came here for meeting. Good famous hotel and good location. Always feeling VIP whever enter the main door as one greets from their Door Staff. Huge lobby with super high ceiling. Easy access to function room for meeting.

Our experiences with not only the Intercontinental Hotel, but with its staff was fantastic. Two people stood out on the daily for us, Jason with his fabulous warmth and little life stories entertained us during breakfast and lunch while Noriana (Ana) looked after our plates and provided drinks for us. Thank you to Ben who also looked after us and always had a warm welcome for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Desmond at the front desk for giving us an early check in and a late check out. I only stayed here for a few hours, but it was unbelievably fantastic. The rooms were incredibly stylish, and being brought in via cart from the airport made me feel like a spy. Really cool!

Very good for service.

Held a birthday celebration for my partner at TAO Chinese restaurant — there were 12 of us in QIN Private room. Nice ambience & the food was great but the service is really bad to one point I need to go out to the walkway and look for waiters for FEW TIMES. The manager need to be more attentive as she was at the counter most of the time! Worst part was, they took the cake out when the cake is still in the box with plastic bag & asked "Do you want to cut the cake? " OH seriously. Thanks for ruining the surprise cake that I specially customise for my partner! Hope the management can do some improvement about it.

I always stay here when in KL, this hotel has comfortable and spacious rooms and excellent service. Breakfast is also great. Good location, just next to Petronas Towers.

An OK hotel with OK facilities. Nothing that really stands out about it. While it may be a 5 star in its infrastructure, location, facilities, the people, their courtesy towards hotel guests, the food (from a vegetarian's perspective) is definitely not 5 star, probably more like 2 stars. We upgraded to Executive Club from Grand Premier at the time of check in but the staff seemed adamant on depositing double the amount of upgrade cost as down payment in case we use their minibar or any service that attracts additional charge. I didn't really like the way they spoke. I have had better experiences in hotels at other places. Every night we would call the housekeeping to provide with some warm water to drink and for one out of 5 nights the lady bluntly told us why can't we use the kettle inside room to do it ourselves, and our response was, we haven't tried doing it and we have been getting it daily, what's wrong in it? They then sent it through. The club guests are to checkout at 4 PM (others at 12 noon) when we requested for 6:00 PM, one of the front desk person rudely responded saying they have other guests coming in, seeing his behavior, I walked off asking him to send someone at 4 to pick up our luggage, they didn't actually show up till 4:30 until we called to find out. And we kept guessing, what happened to the guests who were supposed to check in!

Large room with suitably sized bathroom c/W spa bath. Staff very helpful. Food in hotel restaurant is fantastic and Putin a great spread for breakfast. The pool area had its own bar. Look forward to staying there when next in KL.

Had attended a function at the grand ballroom. Adequate n clean facilities. Served food is of high standards. But beware of the notoriously narrow parking. Especially look out for the turnings.

I prefer Shangri-la! In restaurants, slow service. Hall without cachet.

Had their cold somen (not many japanese restaurants have somen on their menu so I was delighted to see it here), foie gras & gindara nitsuke. Everything was wonderful. They serve genmai cha instead of ocha, which I really liked. Service staff was absent most of the time even though the restaurant was not busy. Very very difficult to get their attention.

Reasonably good Intercontinental hotel with all the amenities and level of service that I expect.

Absotutely genuine suberb hospitality and care during four days and nights stay with very difficult dietary requirements, not only the champions were staffmembers Jason and Sam Kung, but the whole team! This hotel has got me for life.

Should not be considered as 5 stars hotel. Ordering some thing from room service could take more than 3 hours to be delivered. Noise in the room because buildings under construction and maintenance in the other room. The good thing is that the room prepared very well. And u can most of things that you could need in your stay.
