We spend a 2 days one night at Element hotel. Every thing was perfect. Is a wonderful staycation for our family.

Food at Trace Bar and Restaurant are nice!

This is one of favorite hotel in Kl. I love the art around the hotel. The rooms are so neat and I love the wonderful view of the city from their suites. The pool is simple divine and the service staff is really friendly and fast.
Totally recommended.

Very nice hotel. I suggest pick level 48 and above because the night view very beautiful facing klcc n kl tower. Service in the hotel is very excellent… Food is just nice.

Stayed for 2 nights, the hospitality is excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly to us. Service were fast too, especially the room service. Definitely gonna stay here again if I have the chance.

Good location. Helpful and amiable staff. Spacious and clean suites. Filtered water. 24hr coffee. Breakfast in the sky. Laundry facilities. I highly recommend.

Worst hotel ever bad service bad stuff.

This is the 4th time I have lunch at Trace restaurant and I got to say if they have award for the WORST service this place will win hands down. Not one time I'm here do I experience a good service. Today is the worst, if it weren't because of my company lunch here I would not have come back ever again. First of all, food arrives so slow despite there wasn't anyone else in the restaurant that not have their food served yet. When food arrives, they got their side dishes all wrong. 2ndly, 2 of my colleagues food arrive only when everyone else finishes their food (and after many times asking ans reminding the waitress), and that is not the worst, my colleague who ordered the grill salmon came raw in the middle, we sent it back, and when they serve again it was STILL RAW, and there wasn't any apologies from the waitress or chef, and the chef have the audacity to look annoyed when we sent it back again the 2nd time. This hotel is what? 4 stars? Or the least 3 stars? And the service is still so bad. Please do not even consider to come here to eat.

Nice place to go and worth to try their Arteastry high tea set, it was delicious and staffs are friendly too! definately will recommend to my friends.

Great Stay and the 1 bedroom suite is nice and spacious. It will help if there is a kitchen towel in the kitchenette. Overall it is definitely a fantastic place to stay.

Wonderful staff — friendly and helpful. Love that we could drink off the filtered tap and had a comfortable swim in the salinated pool!

Stayed at the Element KL for 5 nights during our first visit to KL. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the hotel staff, the huge and comfortable room, and the chic decor. Our stay was very comfortable, except for the mattress being too soft, but that is a personal preference. The rooms have everything you need, and amazing views of KL. A few notes on where EKL could improve:
On our arrival we asked for hard pillows, but the staff didn't seem to know what we …were requesting and told us there were none. Later the GM approached us to introduce herself and we asked again, and she immediately organised for 2 foam pillows to be sent to our room. It seems that there is only one permanent barman at the bar, which is a problem when he is away on leave and the restaurant is busy: the quality of the drinks is then terrible and it takes ages to get any service. The restaurant is very nice, although the menu is a bit limited for someone with a shellfish allergy. Also, despite marketing itself as a trendy hotel, EKL is unfortunately very child-friendly, with no fewer than 4 children's birthday parties hosted in the restaurant during our stay. This inevitably results in screaming kids running around and ruining a nice evening. Coupled with the buffet dinner on Fridays and Saturdays, which is extremely popular with the locals, this means that you best go somewhere else if you want a nice quiet evening on the weekends.

It's very comfortable to live in a tall building. LOBBY breakfasts are on the 40th floor.
There's a pool. Breakfast is available.
VIEW for high-rise dining makes a good mood
There is a convenience store on the left hand side of the 1st floor, which is very convenient and clean. Walk 15 minutes to Gemini KLCC.

I will be back! Practicing sustainability of the environment… One of the first hotel to declare… NO bottle water… Waste n plastic reduction! Highly recommended… Great service from checkin staff!

Great rooms. Friendly Staff. 1 star less for ‘measuring time’ for lifts — it’s slow like a snail. I remember waiting for 10mins on my floor for.

Stay in 2 bedroom executive suite, at 53rd floor. I was told, only 2 units available. Service was good and very friendly, trace food was good. But as the top grade room, there is no cloth hanger in the cupboard. The meat in the sky event, sea bass was uncooked and made me a regular customer in the toilet. Overall a very good experience!

A truly modern new Hotel managed by Westin, the Trace Resfaurant was stunning and lovely. Mesmerized with the skyline views of KL, money can't buy. The food was great, simplified menu but delicious and fresh, reasonably priced too. A unique and new gourmet experience, worth the try, especially their BBQ buffet, fabulous! Wine selection is very limited but spot on in terms of choices.

Spend night at the suite. The room is equip with kitchen and electronics and utensils one would need. Bed is big and fluffy. Breakfast is okay. Spread is good and can sit by the window overseeing KL city. Pool is indoor.

I really enjoyed our stay here for our holiday vacation in KL. The staff is amazing and worth a shout out. Everyone from the front desk, the staff that cleans the room and the friendly security staff downstairs that always greeted us and helped us hail our Grab drivers and opened the door for us. Had a truly pleasant stay here.

First of all, the wait was 45 minutes from the time we sat down to when the hi-tea was served. Secondly, there were less than 4 waiters on the floor, we literally had to look around to wave someone down for service! Finally when the hi-tea finally arrived after a long long wait, the portion was disappointing minute! Even my 4 year old can chomp the down thing down in less than 5 minutes! Worse part was the quality of the food was horrible! The focaccia was soggy, the croque…tte was ice cold, the scones was live less, and the amount of salmon and avocado in the miniature basil cone was pathetic! Then came the finale, the “artistic” dessert… well to be honest, my 4 year old could do better! It was utterly crappy! What was in the chocolate ball? Well, a couple of marshmallows accompanied with 3 pieces of brownies. The dessert was dry! For the hefty price we paid in exchange for the horrible quality and quantity of food we got in return was absolutely ridiculous! I thought this was gonna a unique, high quality, experiential, one of a kind hi-tea, but we were disappointingly wrong! Highly not recommended, unless if you wish to be disappointed then feel free to try.

Awesome. Very beautiful view. Awesome rooms with all set bed. First class bathrooms, well furnished, TVs inside, etc. Awesome food and pool. One of the best hotels I have visited!

The best hotel. Really enjoy the room. You can't beat the bed. Heavenly Bed is so amazing. The pool so cool. And rain shower. Cool. I can stay this hotel forever hehehe.

Highly recommended for everyone! With the awesome view, convenience room and friendly staff, it's really worth it to spent your money and bring your family for short vacation or city tour.

I visited my son and DIL whilst they stayed for a week in the hotel. It was an end-of-year holiday for them. I didn't ask what kind of room they stayed in, but I was pretty impressed by the kitchenette, the well-stocked up kitchen gadgets and high quality utensils provided for the guest's usage.
And the heated swimming pool. Was lovely. I wish I had stayed there longer because I wanted to try the pool. It was too crowded when I visited. I love that the pool was a bit secluded and covered (with a roof). So for hijab-covered ladies… we simply love it.
I must visit it next time. Just to try the pool, I guess.

I visited the Trace Restaurant twice for the high tea. The first time I went I did not request for a window seating so the second time I went I made sure I reserved a window seating beforehand. The person on the phone told me is on first come first serve basis which is fair enough. However yesterday when I reached I saw an empty table by the window but the reception told me that it is reserved and the guests are on their way. Naturally, I was not happy and I told her that I have also made a reservation for a window seating previously but the person told me is based on first come first serve basis, so why is it that the table can be reserved for other people? It is not fair. She mentioned that there is no notice written beside my name that I requested for a window seat when I have clearly requested for one. Anyway, I would like to commend that they did try to accommodate me by providing me with a window seating in the end and the food and floor service is excellent. All in all, I had a good time there. Thank you.

We went there for the high tea, no complaints ab the food and the concept is good, patrons allowed to participate in creating the dessert that they are having. However service was bad, when we arrived nobody attended to us. Had to inform the staff, and service was at snail pace, mind you not many tables to attend to. The waiters seem clueless as to what they had to do. They definitely need to be retrained on table setting n etiquette. What a pity, Trace has such a nice modern setting, good view n nice ambience.
