Amazing place to relax, beach is fantastic and food cheap and good.

Amazing staffs (in particular the dive instructor — Jochiam who's also a marine biologist. Very wonderful and sublime experience doing snorkeling and diving with him. He's always generous in sharing his knowledge, that's very different experience then my other divings. ) Very secluded area. The signboard needs to be changed. I've got loss x2 trying to find the place. It was even more difficult to find the location once dark as there's no street lights. But food selection at the restaurant need marked improvement. Maybe revamp the menu? Otherwise amazing place to rejuvenate especially for short vacation.

One of the best places to go if you want to have a quiet getaway. Would not recommend anywhere else than this place if you're at Kudat. A must try for your nearest free tme.

Not enough friendliness the staff + Unfortunately the room has fochbar stunk + it was very bad + at a Chinese family collect half pinch of children 1 years old and under 4 years old during day trip snorkeling from 9.30 to 12 am cashed half pinch not already no bill Why?
A lot of mills on the beach not for swimming.

It will be a great escapade if you want to be disconnected. Delectable fried vermicelli but you should expect a long wait. However, the road is all dark and a bit of treacherous, we got lost a bit. No phone signal (except limited signal for Celcom) no internet. Chalet not directly facing sea and not suitable to go swimming.

Amazing, but will be perfect if there is network service for your phone.

Room has a nice touch of a jungle stay. Comfy and clean. However, be advised theres nothing much to do around the area besides heading down to the beach rock area for a swim and walking the stretch. Location is half an hour drive away from the Tip of Borneo. Restaurant is open till 10pm. Price is reasonable and food is good. There is a dive operator on location where you can arrange trips. Other than that, you are left on your own to plan. Not recommended if you do not have a car with you. However, if you prefer peace, quiet and alone time. This place is just perfect.

Awesome remote and pristine beach area. Suitable for those who plan to get away from the busy city life.

Biostation such a unique name. Located along the Jalan Pantai BakBak end and further inside the Kampung hidden by in lush greens plantation with nature surrounding. Beautiful set up but very kampung style. Wooden huts and cosy room toilet with some opening. It has got access to the narrow beach which is seems rocky with small area with sands. Cliff like areas with strong waves.

Love the nature that came with this place. Sunrise was beautiful and the reflection of the sun setting was gorgeous coupled with full moon above the sea. Rock pool had its surprises too, only sad thing is the abundant sandflies. All in all, amazing!

This is a great getaway into the northern province of Sabah. The A frames are lovely and the coastline is simply stunning.

The staff are ssssoooooo friendly n the beach OMG it was beautiful.

Lovely place to stay, they have own small beach, good place to visit sunrise. Scuba Diving option available. Breakfast was nice.

This place is very beautiful and you will be able to stay away from the hustle and bustle but they need to improve their customer service… If it's a little late at night and I am talking abt 10pm you won't get water for the whole night. I am telling this from my personal experience.

Best place who ever love diving and snorkeling… and quite place.

In short, no beach, no sunset and pretty un-accommodating owner.

It's a good place to bring kids as the beach is pristine and they don't provide TV. At night there were a million stars in the sky.

It's a very nice place for weekend getaway & nice area… the road is very challenging & do not come at nite. Ol the way is spooky~ but once u reached the destination it's nice.

Spacious and comfy room with large bed. Perfect for family with toddler. Love the privacy and the crystal clear water.

The North Borneo Biostation Resort has twenty beautiful wooden chalets in a lush green garden. The chalets are simple and clean and have an outside bathroom included hot water and air conditioning. It's closely located to a quiet and clean picturesque beach. Approximately 45 minutes to the Tip of Borneo and 15 minutes away from Kudat city. Tip: hire a motor cycle and explore the hidden beaches of Kudat! The restaurant offers 3.5 out of 5 stats food. This is the perfect place to unwind!

The perfect combination of comfort and wildlife. Unusual beach with flat stones and white sand. You can swim with both young children and engage a snorkeler.

Relaxing place surrounded by nature. If what you are looking for is a cheap and clean accommodation to relax for few days, that's the place to be. Not much to do in the area, but the resort offer few alternatives such snorkeling, diving, kayaking, and trips to Banggi Islands. (really nice and empty of people — white sandy beaches there! ).
