Rented a 4 person family room. Turns out that it is on the roof so we have to go outside to get to it, the Aircon doesn't cool the room, there's no space in the room (about 20cm between 2 creaky bunk beds), half built shelving, dirty windows, mirror and curtain (plus torn) and the bedsheets are all stained. There is also only one wall with wallpaper which has been very poorly installed (peeling)
