Room nice but cafe closed early :)

Cozy rooms but needs upgrade so that it will shine again. The exterior needs some paint,. The room lights needs to be brighter, some lights are not workable. Toilet is clean but old. Breakfast is decent.

I love the toilet design where it has seperated shower glass door preventing from getting the entire bathroom wet. And their bed are pretty comfy and clean. Though the only bad part was some of their ceiling were abit mouldy. And I also love that they provide breakfast set together with the lodging. So I don't have to hunt for a nearby cafe for it.

Good price. Location easily accessable and plenty of places to relax. Staff polite. Clean room. Only breakfast abit late the restaurant open (7.30am) should be abit early.

Near beach, good place to stay with the budget and free breakfast, good staff.

Secluded place and walking distance to the first beach. Own parking. American breakfast. Cheap and cosy stays.

Need to be improve… since tourist attractions… I believe can give betters for customers… but overall still ok… especially breakfast… need to give varieties… hehe… bcause no choice to choose from… and I can say classic hotel… but still reasonable price and affdordable hotel to stay.

The room is old fashion and have many ant in floor.

Value for money. Walking distance to Tanjung Aru Beach.

It let me feels like home. I'm checking in here for almost 3 years. And I sleep well in this hotel with my dearest.

Lovely place, closer to First beach and you get a great view of MT KK from your balcony.

We booked this knowing it would be basic, which was fine as it was a quick overnight stop between flights. It is very run down and very dirty. Our room had plants growing through cracks in the wall, the bedroom was dirty with crumbs, hair and stick marks on the floor. Linen to be fair was freshly laundered but threadbare and stained. Breakfast poor. Basic is fine. Dirty is not.

Comfy & beautiful outskirts. Enjoyed my stay just air-conditioning was a headache. Few steps away from mesmerizing Tanjung Aru Beach. Such a breathtaking Place.

Affordable and comfortable. Near to the airport.

This is a definition of a budget accommodation. You'd have to be poor or adventurous to stay here. When I stayed here I couldn't afford anything else but still managed to have a good time. The hotel's location is super close to the beach and restaurant area and the Wi-Fi is free. Yes the rooms are not something I'm quite used to, but the important thing is that the aircon worked like a charm.

Best location ever, great memories been here.
