The room is very pleasant and staff is very friendly. I love wynn palace.

We check-in for staycation it was a great experiences. The swimming pool was amazing it has a controlled temperature allowing us to enjoy even the weather is a bit cold. On the check in staff are very thoughtful asking us what color we preferred then I choose gold room. They introduce different color rooms and let us decide which one we prefer. Great staff and amenities. Good to recommend.

Just about everything, especially F&B is of very high quality. Even their Japanese Ramen stand tastes the same as I had back in early 90's whilst staying in Tokyo.

I was there a year ago — such an incredible experience. Unfortunately, my return visit is postponed until the COVID situation clears up. I am trying to recreate the Afternoon Tea service from my visit, because it brings back so many wonderful memories in these weird times. One question — do you know which brand of teas you serve or of they're available for purchase? I believe I had both a Oolong and white tea, both were incredible. Hoping to track them down in the USA, any help in bringing a little touch of Wynn home until I can return is appreciated!

A masterpiece and crown jewel of Macau. The entry on the free skytramis exceptional and very classy. This was the best way to arrive and so fun and safe. The dining and shops are exquisite, and they have hard to find items like Cuban cigars at reasonable prices. The casino is clean and common areas beautiful. There is an air conditioned shuttle to and from Macau peninsula.

Beautiful hotel. Cable car into the building is cool. The lake in front of the hotel is great view and the Water fountain show is great show. Flowers inside the hotel is beautiful also. Hotel was expensive to stay.

Undoubtedly the most amazing and the most expensive place I've ever seen. If you can afford it, you should definately plan your stay here. Its a hotel from the outside but a mall from the inside with every costly branded shop in it. There's a musical fountain show as well that too every 15 minutes which is spectacular.

I've stayed at more than seventy 5 star hotels and resorts around the world and this hotel is number one for me. It is perfection in every category. For once a hotel that I cannot fault. So comfortable I didn't want to leave, I had to extend my stay. The attention to detail and precision in hospitality is flawless. Extremely impressive hotel. From the value for money, to food, to service, to design and finishings, to cleanliness and amenities the Wynn Palace Macau is second to none. Totally recommended to anyone going to Macau who appreciates luxury and beauty. Even if you're not staying in the hotel please have a meal at the Fontana buffet.

I give it very high rating. First, their reception is excellent. Very polite and details. Only imperfection at reception, thus, maybe they are too detailed. The area is very clean all the way up to your room. Room floors, very quiet. Room, spacious, tidy and clean. TV very big, in room sound system comes with also two B & O speakers one in sitting room and one ine bedroom. Bathroom utilities are all well supplied. Staff all friendly. Love to stay and would return. Btw, this is our third stay with this hotel. Excellent. The star short, is our token to encourage their even better service. Thank you to Wynn Palace.

An amazing hotel! Made my first trip to Macau, unforgettable. The service is absolutely impeccable. The room was bright, clean, spatious, very comfortable, very functional. Felt better than in my own house. The hotel has a great pool and a well equipped gymnasium, as expected. In the pool there is a jacuzzi as well. One of the highlights is the breakfast buffet. It's big, not enormous, with foods of extraordinary quality! Last but not least the hotel's casino was the best out of the ones I visited in cotai strip. Nice ambience, good dealers and service and quite a few blackjack tables!

Of the eight casino hotels we had visited in Macau, we thought Wynn offered the best dining options and free tourist attraction, but its understandably garish Chinese name held us back from staying there.

Dear Wynn Palace. If your cable car starts at 10.30am, please do not write the operation hour starts at 10am. You just waste my time waiting when I could go somewhere else first.

Room condition and service was great. But restaurant in Casino, Red8 was terrible. Some paper waste was in the shrimp dimsum. And clerk's response was also terrible. I don't recommend this restaurant. It ruined my dinner at macao.

It is recommended to come here at night. Walking past Paris lovers, it takes about 15-20 minutes to see the fountain in the distance and go to the left, you will see the free cable car! Take the cable car to see the music fountain performance, the whole picture is very beautiful!

This is one of the best hotels in Macau. I was lucky enough to catch the last fountain show at midnight. Didn't fail me. It was awesome watching it. Mesmerizing and caressing ones soul as I watched the show. It has very nice lobbies that is well conceived in preparation for the coming Chinese New year. Very clean.

Among the many hotels in Macau there are only a few "true Internationale 5 star" hotels… AND THIS IS DEFINITELY\ one of them! It has been a year since our last visit — — and its even better than I remembered it! The (free) cable car ride is lots of fun… as is the Water fountain show… and even the sumptuous/delicious breakfast is free! It is "luxury personified". And, then there is the SPA — — its simply breathtaking! The restaurants are sure to more than satisfy everyone's tastes! Try… and you will be delighted that you did!

Another beautiful hotel in Macau and the only one with a private cable car that moves across a big pool where they display a fountain show. They have the best light fountain show in Macau. Luckily, they played our favourite song during the fountain show. Worth a visit and please wait patiently to witness the fountain show which is a great experience. Both the wynn group hotels have good fountain shows which are equally good.

Love the place & the restaurant is surrounded by the water fountains. You can watch the water dancing while dinning. A place a must go if u visit Macau and enjoy fine dining. The services are great as well.

I think it is the most beautiful casino hotel in Macau, for high-end customers; but even with a family of children to take a free cable car sightseeing performance Lake, walk in the room, listen to comfortable and lively music, enjoy all kinds of beautiful decorative details are also very enjoyable!

Before you go to Macau casino, you used to watch Hong Kong movies before you know these places!
But always thought that the casino is very large, there are a lot of licensing staff, walking back and forth of the supervisor or send drinks and so on ~ But now it seems like a lot of it turns into electric toys? Eating horns and tigers are almost all electronic? Electronic than size? That's better than playing electric at home!
It's all good anyway, isn't it?
May also think of gambling God, always feel that should be a talent right! After a few years to go again, found that now on the table of the low elimination has also become higher! All turned into 300 jumps?

Need to improve, the room forget to change towels, nausea! A good color has stains token see. But the lobby manager quickly responds to the change, count it! Travel is for fun, forgive them once, next time … complain to the end!

(review of the casino from a non gambling tourist perspective) I went into over 10 casinos in Macau to just have a look around and this was the most interesting one I visited for the non gambler. The fountain show out the front happens every 30 minutes and is spectacular! There's a free cable car circling the fountain to bring you into the casino as well which is pretty amazing. The place is absolutely massive. I had dinner at one of noodle shops and it was quite good.

Feel very good, the place is large and clean and staff attitude attentive, room facilities especially that USB and light light darkened, air-conditioning out of the wind location is very careful.

Very nice and comfortable hotel rooms in general. However, I was very unhappy with the way they settle food payments giving priority to those with card payments. I paid with cash and waited more than half an hour to get my change back only to be told that they are clearing those holding whatever casino electronic cards first and they have yet to even sort our payment. I am disappointed and felt unfair to be left waiting while others cleared their payment almost instantly with cards. Guess their main reason is targeted at guests who came for the main purpose of casino gaming, not even when you are staying in their hotel.

Amazing food but unless your net worth is in the millions don't bother shopping here.

The best hotel I've stayed ever! The location is a bit further from the hustle and bustle of Macao but there are shuttle buses available every 5 to 10 mins. Also it's very quiet compared to other hotels, which is a big plus.

Excellent Asian luxury Hotel, a place to rest and marvel!

Magnificent dancing fountains that go on every 20 or 30 minutes. It also has a cable car FOR FREE where yo can see the show from the air.

The rooms are generally very new, very large, bed very comfortable, the HD TV, super large-size, bathroom supplies are complete, the evening turndown service and chocolates in the gift, the restaurant has a lot of choice, lunch, optional parity, such as beads, such as packages, dinner option cafe buffet, but the buffet food level-like, the scene environment is very beautiful, and watching the music pool side Dining, the price of HK$5OO or so, and finally the casino aspect of the environment is very beautiful there are many waiters waiting for you to order drinks, the fly in the ointment is that there are a small number of mainland people in the Smoking room and the bathroom inside the loan sharks, really take the trouble but compared to the Sands Casino just a hundred。

The best hotel I have ever stay in Macau or even in the world! Room was huge. I stay with my kid this time and had to ask concierge to bring up the microwave and also the fridge as I need to heat up the food for the baby every few hours. Their fridges are all electronic wire connected to the mini bar items. Once you took out it will charge to the room automatically. The concierge help us to bring extra fridge and the microwave to the room! Fantastic. The food, entertainment and casino everything was really good. Excellent! The view from the room can see the water shows, it is also nice to see the water show from the room.

Stayed in Wynn Palace quite a few times. Facilities and service are first class. The Hotel staff were very friendly and efficient in their work. The only problem is that they have some very rude and nasty staff in the Casino Rewards Membership Club. They were usually OK but it got worst during my last stay. They were most unfriendly and extremely rude. Don't go there if you don't like spending money and yet having to face unfriendly "service" personnel.

The mall was rather smaller compared to the other ones in nearby hotels, but with less people, it seemed tidier and quieter. Best part was the glass cable car ride around the fountain.

The hotel and casino is magnificent with water performance and great decorations. It is always neat and clean and staff is polite and helpful. Worth a stay or just a visit!

Very different American interiors. The music and the ambience takes you to the Golden-Age of Hollywood. I can easily say this has been the best experience so far. From the fountains dancing to the tune of Frank Sinatra to the very warm staff; everything was golden.

Very luxury and new hotel. Many high end branded retail shop in the mall. Cable car ride for free.

Worst service ever, unhelpful staff, never solved our problems nor came back as promised. Only some of the staff at reception speaks English prepare on being misunderstood all the time. There are plenty of other cool places to stay, don't choose this hotel. I promise!

I was staying for two nights in this hotel it was a very nice stay and they gave excellent serivice and it a newly built hotel they had lavish rooms and provides with very good eminities.

I had a ride around the fountain on a rope road. The fountain itself in the evening (every 20 minutes) shows the ice-skating representations. It's beautiful. It would be cool to be in the rope booth at the time of the presentation, but I couldn't get it together.

The rooms and amenities are fine. Musical fountain is gorgeous. But the service was fair. Check in time supposed to be 3 pm but I could only get the room at 4.

Amazing Fountain Show You Have To See.

If you're looking for gorgeous rooms, a lovely pool and incredible staff. Look no further! The cable car is free to residents (one full round) but free to all from the street level. The hotel itself has lots of luxury shopping (which doesn't interest us). We loved the cable car and the fountain show. The hotel also has many art displays and gorgeous (famous) flower art. The children had a great time just walking around to see different art and especially the pool!
