Impressive hotel, the attention, charisma and elegance from front desk, executive lounge and everyone else we met was incredible. They not even remember our faces, but our names. They took care of us and made our only 1 night in Macao memorable. The swimming pool was almost empty, but with both heated, jacuzzi and cold pools, we loved it. Thanks!

This is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are beautiful, the staff are very helpful and overall top notch. The food is great. The location to other restaurants and the casinos is convenient. The activities for the kids look like fun. The gym here is one of my favorite parts of my stay. If I have to be away from my family for work this place makes me feel like home.

Food was bad. Got food poisoning from the buffet. Buffet was way too far from actual hotel. Room was ok. Check in and out was smooth. On the other hand, the room service was impeccable and they even provided us with a rubber duck and a complimentary lolly jar!

This is a luxurious hotel which also knows how to make their guests feel most welcome. The level of service is "legendary" and the staff can't wait to assist you in any way possible! The quality of sleep is ever so good — — and that makes one's stay in Macao all the better! The restaurants — — especially the breakfast buffet helped start the day the best way possible! I am sure that you will find this hotel as delightful as did we! And it provides excellent "Value For Money"!

Very good hotel, great service, big rooms, good infrastructure. Nice trainer in the gym, I think the gym is a little small and lacks daylight.

Did not regret choosing Conrad Macao. Their service is 5 ***** — from the minute we stepped in to check in, they personally assisted and escorted us to our room, explaining details to us. The complimentary buffet breakfast was fantastic and the service staff Rock was very meticulous (telling us that the coffee pot is very hot and to mind the handle) — his service is just excellent! Housekeeping staff who was appointed to service the 25 floor was excellent and had an ever ready smile and good attitude. Our junior suite was spacious and roomy, and it was really a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our family. We will not hesitate to choose Conrad again.

The concierge services and the person at counter was so friendly and patience. I need to go HK and they explained to me clearly about the routes and even help me to book the ferry tickets. I’ll stay co rad for my next visits for sure. 5 star have the 5 star service. Thumbs up Conrad.

Big shout-out to the Executive Lounge staff, especially Achin! Great launchpad for anyone who needs a base for personal or business visits to HKG, while recognizing $avings without compromising your expectations of a Conrad property. I highly recommend paying extra or use your HHonor benefits to gain access to the Executive Lounge — — even though I'm Chinese myself, I cannot over-stress this point, considering the large presence of mainland Chinese. The morning breakfast, afternoon tea, and the evening dinner-lite are WELL worth your money. Kudos to Diana's team, including Tyra, Ivan, and Achin, for PROACTIVELY smoothing out some miscommunication issues with the ground floor staff. As a business traveler, I certainly understand the struggles this Hilton property has when dealing with a largely mainland Chinese clientele — — think "point abusers". Keep that in mind if you catch yourself put off by your initial encounters.

We spent a wonderful time in a huge suit at the 36 floor. The suit is very convenient with everything you can wish, great queen bed, huge bathroom (including bath and shower, different international plugs are already in the whole, super convenient! ), big sofa, nice view on Macao… The buffet style breakfast is amazing with anything you want! People are very friendly. I just hope the food waste is not too important…

Most amazing hotel experience we've had! Loved the upgraded room. Service was probably the best we've ever had at any hotel. What I didn't know was this hotel along with holiday inn and Sheraton all share shops of coatai and easily walk from one hotel to another. There are also 2 casinos and another with is Venetian across the street but you never have to go outside in that warm weather. Buffet at the orbit is amazing btw. Loved loved our visit and definitely will be coming back!

The service is good, the facilities are awesome! Although the last housing experience is not good, was disturbed by the next door can not sleep at night, but the hotel in our back to Taiwan specially sent a letter, inviting us to live next time.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at amazing services!

Wow, this hotel has it all, especially if you get an upgrade. Enjoy the clean quality as well as the easy access to the strip and the shopping. I personally love the cafe in the middle just to have a coffee and or something to eat. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would ask them to upgrade the club lounge, but they still get 5 stars.

I stayed at Conrad Macau on 5th June. It's deluxe suite which splendid wonderful view and the large room. My son invited my wife and me to Hong Kong. It was resort hotel that casino, shopping, dining and general amusement thought about in a forcast to be able to enjpy night of Macau. I would like to send my thanks to my best son.

Great hotel — very modern, clean, and we managed to get a decent deal booking with points (40K for a Saturday night). Was annoying that we specifically requested bath salts and we had to ask for them twice before they arrived. Across the street from the Venetian, our favorite Macau casino, but the area is not particularly pedestrian friendly.

Had an absolutely amazing time here. Booked a King Room and got upgraded to a Deluxe King Suite — Approx 110sqm I think. It pays to be apart of Hilton's Rewards Program. The room itself is aging but not so much you feel it needs to be renovated in the next few years. Service is impeccable. Turn down service gave us a cute little teddy bear.

By far the best conrad i've stayed anywhere in the world.

The Conrad Macao is a fantastic property; great accommodations and plenty to do nearby, but perhaps most importantly, amazing service from the staff. I stayed here recently on a short weekend trip, using Hilton points (a much better 40k per night redemption than the 80k per night at Conrad Hong Kong), and was treated to an amazing suite upgrade and an unexpected/unsolicited birthday surprise when room service brought an awesome birthday cheesecake and personalized card to my room. The staff must be quizzed daily on each guest, because somehow one of the doormen, who I had never seen/met/talked to, recognized and addressed me by name as I re-entered the lobby one night. I didn't try the Spa, fitness room or pool, but definitely will on my next visit. I had access to the Executive Lounge on the 39th floor as a Hilton Diamond and was very pleased with the selection of food and drink, and especially the attentive service. I also tried breakfast at the Grand Orbit restaurant downstairs and loved the huge and varied breakfast buffet. The location is slightly removed on the Cotai Strip from the actual city centers in Macao, Taipa and Coloane, but with the attached shopping malls/casinos/hotels on the Cotai Strip, there's scores of things to do, all indoors and out of the heat and humidity. Just a short taxi or Uber ride to Macao, Taipa and Coloane, or free bus shuttle ride to the airport or the ferry terminals.

Not sure where to start on how many FABULOUS things there are to say about this hotel. From the moment I checked in to my personalized check out, the entire trip was second to none! I travel extensively for work so as an added benni is staying at some of the nicest hotels around the globe so I have a seriously high bar when it comes to service. The rooms are beautifully appointed with absolutely all the amenities you could possibly want. Soft sheets, fluffy pillows and a wonderfully cuddly fleece lined robe make for such a comfortable stay. Room service was OUTSTANDING! I ordered dinner for breakfast, and snacks at all hours of the morning, this worked well with my jet lag :o) In fact our group liked it so much we're going back to have our next company meeting there. By far the icing on the cake were the WONDERFUL staff who went out of their way to make my stay a heavenly one. Way to GO Conrad.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough — the service in particular is exceptional.

We love the hotel. The location is just across from City of Dreams and from the shuttle buses available at COD, we could hop on to one and explore other nearby hotels and travel to the city too. As for their service, it was better than expected and staff there were very attentive and helpful. Room was gorgeous, especially King Premier. The one we have faces the pool. I would definitely stay in Conrad or one of its chains nearby.
