Good for family, great pool and poolside restaurant 👍

We want to have something light for the afternoon and went to the rest in the lobby. Service is excellent, friendly & attentive but not overly attentive. The open sandwich is delicious and the dessert (the egg) was super fun. Great way to end our shopping day!

Had a great time here for our wedding cocktail party. Very helpful banquet and concierge staffs, the foot massage machine in the bridal room is definitely a thoughtful touch up! Definitely recommended.

Wide room and room keeping twice a day. You can request something you need like water, towels… attentive service! Pools were also good. Very beautiful and can relax at poolside, drink and refreshments were available. Welcome drink with Chinese cakes were from famous restaurant in this hotel. Omelet cooked by request at the breakfast restaurant was very good.

Beautiful hotel, every piece of the furniture is an art piece. We had 4 nights in the hotel, the staffs are very friendly and courteous, great service. As the buffet breakfast was amazing, indulged with western and eastern cuisine, really a high quality buffet.

Perfect and attentive service, from home to Macau's star restaurant did not book, even if you are on the scene, see is empty also said no seat, Four Seasons Hotel Concierge to help you achieve all the wishes, because want an umbrella as a memorial (not for sale) should be sent directly, the whole exuberant.

Good Initially when we came we wanted to check in at 3 however we were forced the wait over an hour before a room could become available which was frustrating, HOWEVER I want to commend the staff members for more than making it up for us, we were given a larger room with a grand living room and balcony. Furthermore we were given delicious egg tarts, a small bag of hand creams and perfumes and a personal letter to apologize. This showes excellent service and highlights the capability and competence of the team. Very well done. Other good points includes it being fairly isolated and quite quiet. Some people may like that, it's certainly not as hectic as other hotel lobbies where there are literally hundreds of people! Bad points, there were very few. Strangely I wasn't allowed to nap in the lobby when waiting for my friend. It's not necessarily bad but I can understand. Other than that, there weren't many bad points.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff and fantastic room. The breakfast buffet was amazing! I wish we had spent more time there. Definitely going to stay there again when we return to Macau.

It doesn't look so big and grand but once you enter the property. It'll take away your breath. Staff is friendly and professional. Rooms interior is contemporary yet stylish. This place is perfect blend of today's style with contemporary designs.

From Zhuhai through, then take the Venice people of free bus, very convenient, The Four Seasons is next door, across the lobby. The hotel environment was very good, service attitude is great, and makes you feel comfortable, relaxed, smile very sincere, the bed is comfortable, the small partners feel soft, I feel just good, the bathroom is huge, with two sinks is great, and the tub looks comfortable. I didn't use to, supplies is Europe Shu Dan, like good, next time still live here?
