Me and my wife stayed for 2 nights and celebrated her birthday in this true nature/beach resort in Coloane. I can say the whole stay are really AMAZING. We got surprised of a whole 1 Pound complimentary birthday cake for my wife. We really appreciated it. I would like to thank Mr. Charlie (from the time we book and his continous assistance during our stay) Ms. Rachelle (when we check-in and giving us a great room with a perfect view), Ms. Nadia (for our check-out and further assistance) and the rest of the team. Thank you all for personalized and exceptional service. These are the team to KEEP. Thank you so much for making our stay more memorable.

Ambience is a perfect place to stress relieved, refreshing body and soul and time to relax.

We enjoyed staying there and the ambiance was amazing. Highly recommended. High Five.

We had staycation here (July 6-7). This place is highly recommendable. The moment we entered the hotel, the staffs were very warm in welcoming, all smiles, very accommodating. Kudos to Ms. Rachel who assisted us during check in. She ‍was very helpful and provided a great service. And I noticed that the hotel is following the protocols in relation with pandemic issues we are facing right now. Mask on, social distancing, temperature checking.
The hotel is very ideal for someone who is looking for a place that is close to nature, very tranquil, relaxing and if u want to stay away from a busy city this one is so ideal. You can enjoy the fresh air, watching ocean waves, enjoy walking at the garden with butterflies.

Very enjoyable my kids loved the pools and the food are great, the staff in this resort are very helpful and nice specially Ms. Heidi.

We had a fantastic stay here. We stayed only 2 nights and wished it had been longer. Front of House (Reception staff) were extremely helpful. Breakfast staff also were spot on. Most of all we enjoyed the room quality. The Ocean View Suite is highly recommended. This hotel has plenty of pool space, indoor and outdoor, and nice relaxing garden areas. The best thing is that you can get away from all those noisy casinos and go here to relax. I would also like to say 'Thank you' to Carson and Roy at the front desk for the way they looked after us. We hope to return here on our next trip to Macau.
The only thing I found a minus was that the Spa was expensive for Lymphatic Massage. Slightly over-rated in my opinion.

Staff are amazing and attentive and spoke very good English. Restaurants have top quality food for reasonable price. They strive to make your stay as peaceful and special as possible and that is priceless.

Great place to stay if you want to see more of the nature side of Macau but still remain connected to the main city.

A nice place. As all places here, expensive. There is a free shuttle bus that takes you into town and all around the area. Taxi drivers always seem annoyed to take you out to here though. Nearby there is 1 resteraunte that is nice but gets very busy so book. No sign of a corner shop. Nothing within walking. This hotel is nice. Clean and the staff are friendly. We did feel that it was a little dated though and in need of a paint job. The beach is right outside but home to 10+ wild dogs that aren't approachable.

Nice hotel, good size rooms and very well designed. Room service is very quick and the service here is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has varied option of different cuisines. Food and drinks menus have good options. Many services in the hotel. Large and clean pool. Small football pitch near the pool with goals. Nice location as many rooms have a nice sea view. Very quiet and relaxing. Free Wi-Fi, gym services, steam room, sauna and many other services are provided. Non-hotel guest can also pay to enjoy these services. Price is quite good compared to the quality and other hotel In Macau. Overall a very nice hotel!

Having read some of the reviews I can see how opinions differ. It’s a little bit old fashioned and reminds me of when I lived in Portugal in the late 80s.
It’s calm comfortable and quiet, tatty round the edges. If you want a kiss ass modern 5 star this isn’t it but if you’re looking for some R and R you’ll be fine.
Little bit strange that there is no milk for the tea and coffee and if you ask they direct you to a convenience store so star off for that.
Works for us (a couple) but definitely not a party destination.

One of the best resort to enjoy with family. Buffet breakfast is scrumptious. Staff friendly & ready to provide prompt service. Shuttle service every 30 minutes is quite convenient. One needs to pre-book with hotel though!

Great place to unwind from the Hong Kong turmoil. Spacious rooms, varied and full breakfast buffet.

Loves it brilliant indoor pool outdoor pool staff happy and helpful really helpful. Could do withna refurb ie paint etc. Other than that no problwm.

Very warm welcome, huge room, friendly people. Service is excellent, room has been excellent, too. Free shuttle buses every 30 minutes to all Macau areas. Modern building that could profit from fresh paint outside. Indoor pool for rainy days too small for the number of guests… outside pool world is large and okay. Will be back here some day…

I would have given no stars if possible. Originally, I thought the hotel, while dated and in need of some good cleaning and repairs, was a decent place for the price. But, two weeks after I was there and had paid in full at check out, they charged my credit card an additional $150.77 and will not reply to my request for information and/or correction about this. I would like to say it was an error on their part, but after getting no response, I am more prone to say it was a fraudulent charge by the hotel, or one of their employees. My credit card company is not be very helpful, and have put the burden of proof on me, so they will be the next on my list of bad reviews.

I wouldn't stay there again. Too far out, the shuttle service is poor. The food and drinks are a rip off so you have to go elsewhere.

Very good pure resort hotel by the sea is well-equipped and well-equipped scenic beauty location quiet every half hour there is a free shuttle bus to the city.

The place is clean, quiet and comfortable. The face of the sea and the Black beach away from the noisy road area, less light harm, in the hotel to see the stars in the sky is really wonderful.

Played 2 rounds of golf at this resort and stayed in the hotel. The 18-hole course is quite challenging. Had lots of fun! /

It's a great relaxing feeling! Non-gorgeous hotel, the waiter cordial, the overall atmosphere is comfortable, the connection way easy to understand, the room is open, the balcony scenery is beautiful.

Awesome resort! Rooms are big compared any other place in Hong Kong n Macao! View from the room is good if u get the sea facing ones. A huge balcony for yourselves. Food is not great if you love spicy food. But service is great so u can let them know your preferences and they would definitely heed. Hardly any distance from the casinos. Plus u get the daily shuttle to and fro to visit places, so that's just superbly convenient!

Located near the suburbs by the pier there is a free shuttle bus every hour 2 shuttles about 20 minutes direct to the hotel complete, there is an outdoor indoor pool with an indoor fitness centre with children's playground there are a number of restaurants with excellent Thai Japanese cuisine in the evening there are singers singing in the outdoor space, breakfast and dinner buffet style, taste authentic excellent waiter state Friendly, the room is large enough free to provide 6 drinking water vacation preferred.

This place is highly recommended for family travelers. My children love the place, it is spacious, cozy, relaxing and nice view from the balcony of our room. The lobby is also huge and comfortable. It has free Wi-Fi and unlimited bottle water. The staff were also very accommodating and helpful. I love the free shuttle going around Macau. The food in Cafe Panorama was also great. We decided to come back here anytime soon since, the show of The house of dancing water was canceled due to technical difficulties.

Older hotel connected to golf country club. Architecturally Asian and western fusion with the individual room’s terraces shielded by angular stucco walls and together they give the hotel the appearance of a great Spanish fort in this case Portuguese colonial fort. For those that say that this is not a five star hotel then they haven’t travelled much in their life the heart of a five store hotel is it’s restaurant. The night menu is limited but very good and fresh.

Best value for money in Macau.

A big resort tucked away from the 'Las Vegas' style casinos of Macau. A bit out of the way if you want to spend time exploring old colonial Macau, but perfect if you need a retreat for a day or two. Lovely ocean frontage, a great pool area & very child — and family-friendly. The buffet breakfast & dinner are good quality, with a wide variety of foods (both hot & cold) available. Our family room had a large terrace attached & was pleasantly spacious. Although it did feel a bit tired.

Fantastic hotel, ideal for complete relaxation. Key features I personally enjoyed include — Ocean views with a sizeable veranda — Complementary shuttle transfers to and from the ferry terminal — Great concierge and reception staff that were incredibly attentive — Wide range of options for breakfast buffet — pleasant grounds including gardens, pool, lounge areas etc. — spacious rooms My only criticism (which is incredibly minor) is the bizarre system in place for pool towels — you have to go from ground to level 2, sign a towel out for the pool then head down to ground floor again. Incredibly minor but a little irritating and pointless.

Great for a restful weekend stay. Really enjoy the pool. Good breakfast. We enjoyed the stay and the staff are refreshingly nice. The facilities is a little bit run down so we had a minor electricity issue. Other then that, it's really a good weekend option.

Quaint, but really not up to modern standard. 3 star at best.

Great resort with amazing staff but some of the fittings are looking a little tired. Good gym, pools. Had a brutal 90 minute massage and boy, that woman fixed my tangled ball of string of a back. Good running around here if you follow the coast, some nice little treks up and down sandstone steps with an ocean view. Promenades for those looking for something simpler. 30 minute shuttle bus transfer from the ferry terminal. … Couple of good little restaurants nearby and plenty of choice internally. Very good room service selection, including a night service with a good choice still. Nice pizzas! Decent size, not too big not too small. It's a big hotel and when we visited in was quite quiet. Great for some things, such as the gym, but the athmosphere can lack a little without a bit of bustle. Same in most places though. Got an upgrade to a sea view as the place was quiet, so bear that's in mind.

Beautiful rooms, beautiful view! Good service, grand lobby, and a very peaceful stay. Hardly any taxis but there are bus stations conveniently beside the hotel!

Very nice place for people who are not grambling. Nice place and many faculities for family stay. I was there for celebrating my anniversary two times. This time going with my teenager son and one other, they had joyful time. Highly recommend.

Great hotel. Very clean. Spacious room with factions beds. Its own terrace. Beautiful sea view.

Used to be a Westin hotel group property. Rooms are very large and offer some great views. Food is quite decent, and staff are incredibly friendly. Love their pool and a black sand basalt beach is just a skip away. Decor is a little dated, but if you're looking to get away from the city, this is a good spot. Not the most conveniently located, but they have shuttles that run between the Ferry and Hotel every day.

This hotel was ok or mostly marginal when it was owned by Westin. It use to offer a nice relaxing environment away from the casinos for familys. But since it changes ownership it has gone down hill. It like everything else in China is a knock-off of something Western. The management and service is now aimed at attracting low class Mainland Chinese guest. Everything is substandard and half of what it use to be. To be simple lets say it has been cost reduced to maximize profits so now it is equal to most things here in China. Also because there was not much to start with there is not much left. It's no longer family friendly. It's quality is lowers than before. And frankly there is no reason to come back.

Comfortable room and quality mattress. The staff is helpful without being too present. I enjoyed the location, a little aside from the centre but just a shuttle bus away. 10 minutes walk to delicious Fernando.

+ Enjoyed our stay here. + Nice view and staff makes the effort to help you enjoy the stay (had two friendly people put chairs and a table on our veranda after a call to guest services etc) * shuttle service convenient enough, but NOT stopping by Taipa ferry terminal (which is where we arrived) or airport (but at the Macau ferry terminal right next to it), not in Macau town. Just make sure you got your travel arranged accordingly and it'll be fine.
