Amazing hotel it’s not a casino so it is an actual hotel resort style and very stylish and the service is impeccable.

From the moment we stepped out of our car, being greeted by staff and arranging our room our experience was nothing short of wonderful! The service, rooms and amenities make the Grand Lapa worthy of every star it boasts. We even got complimentary bottles of red wine for hubbys birthday! Highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

Decent, smart casual kind of classy cafe. Good service with attentive greetings. Fresh, healthy choice for lunch. Tried the self served veges bar, included hot soup and bread. Sumptuous appetizers from a variety of cheeses and cold cuts; smoked salmon; grilled veggies such as eggplant, red peppers, sun-dried oil soaked tomatoes; different oil based olives; to over half a dozen of desserts and seasonal fruits; served with a hot drink.

The staff are so friendly, the rooms are beautiful and clean oh and the swimming pool is unbelievable.

Fabulous experience. I cannot say anything was poor it was amazing! Will be back! We loved the breakfast, pool, steam room, jacuzzi, gym, bedroom and were given a free extra bed for my 12 yr old son, plus free breakfast for both my kids who were under 16. Lots of free exercise sessions and the yoga teacher was so professional and all the staff were super! Five Plus from us!

The five-star hotel, close to the ferry, is a walk away. There is a pool, hydro, slides, spa, casino, restaurants. Actually, it's fine. Stayed for 3 days.

It is still ok, buffet restaurant (Bella Vista cafe) was manic with crazy customers losing their plates with more food than they would probably eat, making the waiting time for some foods unnecessarily long. Cleanliness in restaurant was not great though this time. Value for families is still great (kids eat free)

Well cool what to say) The rooms are very cozy! The staff are naturally friendly and helpful. The style of design (judging by the booking and walks inside other casino-hotels) is the most mature, balanced and worthy compared to everything else that is in Macau. No heaps of gold, circus lights of huge ridiculous stells) ) Plus it is nice that the casino in it is very small quiet and almost without visitors. No stout-wielding mob. View, the only one of the rooms opened on some scary residential high-rise partly, partly on the road, but inside was so cozy that it was almost not noticed. The only thing is prices.
Prices are the only. Prices for everything are just cosmic, but it is so throughout Macau, and often this price is not justified by anything, no better quality, and on the contrary is added more tastelessness and gold simply) )

Perfect for family accommodation! Hotel comfortable, convenient transportation, near the neighborhood there are small shops have convenience stores, love the pool, must go again!

I must say this Grand Lapa Macau Hotel has surpassed my expectations with their newly renovated rooms and decorations at main lobby and restaurant. The hotel's staff are polite and helpful, especially Ariel at Concierge has shown passion and dedication in his job. Location is convenient, walking distance to Sands Macau, Fisherman's Wharf, Macau Cultural Centre and Science Center Macau. It's just 8 mins drive away from Outer Harbour Macau Ferry Terminal. I will definitely stay with this hotel again!

Nice view (bird singing in morning). Pool is wonderful. Breakfast is best. Room is also excellent (nice bed).

We loved our stay. The chef Went out of his way to accomodate my gluten free diet. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and super helpful. Can't wait to go back for a lovely family holiday!

When you buy the ferry ticket, you can remember to buy the outer Port pier, because the hotel is less than 2 minutes away from the outer Port pier, walking is only 10 minutes away, very convenient. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus service from 11 o'clock in the morning to 6:45 P. M.
On the contrary, if you buy a ferry ticket to the Taipa pier, the traffic time will be a little more, about half an hour or so. The hotel was operated by the hotel group in 2014 and was renovated and renovated last year.

I Love Macau at the first sight. Its So amazing Friendly service from Grand Lapa. From arrival at the Pier, Reception till the hotel room. Recomended for family cause they got kids corner with outdoor and indoor playground & pool.

Traffic in general, just next to the Sands Casino, the back door is relatively secluded place, because the Chinese management of the problem, the general staff is relatively passive, but there are some very friendly.

Very like this hotel, it used to be Oriental Mandarin, now sold and changed the name, the room is older, but now in the renovation, there are swimming pool clubs can give children the new millennium Water, but also near the dock, opposite is Rocher.

A luxurious and expensive hotel. It was the best deal I could find online. We really enjoyed the pool. We had a great time, but this is usually not the kind if hotel we look to stay at. We couldn't find anything less expensive…

We have been staying at the Grand Lapa every few months for the past 4 years for a refreshing break from life in China as an expat until the end of 2017. It is honestly eagerly anticipated by every member of the family. There is phenomenal supervised children's area, great outdoor resort with multiple pools, spa, sauna, massage etc. The Bellavista prepares beautiful food in a charming Portuguese old world restaurant that is peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are well equipped and generous in size, especially the suites. There are extensive renovations to update to look of the rooms to a more modern style which make it look crisp even though I personally prefer the old world charm of the older style rooms. However, far above the fantastic facilities the Grand Lapa provides which has made it our families (as well as many of our expat friends) holiday destination of choice anywhere in the Aus Pacific region, the greatest asset the hotel has is it's staff. Honestly, they have been quite amazing! And I don't mean that they help when asked, smile when speaking to you amazing, I mean they look for ways to make you feel cared for. They go above and beyond any reasonable or exceptional level of service. A huge majority of them have become friends of our family. There is no hotel I've ever stayed in our even heard of whose staff literally make the hotel great.

The counter service is very good, very friendly. Want to change some coins to take the bus, directly ask them to help me change right away. There is a free shuttle bus to the pier, very convenient. Room is very large, a bit old, the only bad is the bedside no socket can be charged.

This is 1st time I revisited since it renovated. Naam Thai restaurant did not disappoint me. Same service and quality kept. Bar was friendly in cocktail & snack suggestions. Edgar of Gym was extremely helpful in explaining and showing how to use each piece of equipment for a busy tourist. I want to give 5 stars but for the changing room janitor attitude and the poorly provisioned restaurant breakfast.

Newly renovated room is superb. Spotlessly clean and turndown service at night. Pool and fitness centre is also very nice. Located right next to sands casino from where complimentary buses take you all over Macau. Very good value for money.

Jinlihua's predecessor is Mandarin, although the appearance of ordinary, into the hotel is still quite a surprise. Hotel lobby style elegant and generous, waiter attitude is very good. The hotel is undergoing renovations and it should be better to stay later. Children's Park facilities are adequate, swimming pool environment is good, is a suitable for children to stay in the hotel.

Very very impressive hotel. Superb showers — steaming hot rain shower in a very modern and clean bathroom. Hotel situated only ten minutes walk from the Wynn poker room, and only about 3 minutes by cab from the ferry terminal. Friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Room clean and well equipped.

The treatment received exceeds expectations.

I visited the Grand Lapa for work with the intention to consider it as a leading hotel for my clients as a Travel Agent/Tour Operator. It did not disappoint. The appeal was the newly refurbished rooms, but the entire resort, spa & pool area will be a great retreat after a long day sightseeing. Recommended.

Outstanding, recently renovated with lovely, fresh modern interiors too. I chose this hotel because of its location; close to the old heart of Macau (it is also handy that it is right by the ferry terminal to Hong Kong). But also that the bathrooms would be new & mould free (a common trait in such hot & humid climates). The pool & spa area was an absolute oasis in such a city, it has a very tropical style. The highlight has to be the staff, everyone was very warm, kind & helpful whilst remaining incredibly professional. Combined with new, unpretentious rooms, a staff that just make your stay and a reasonable price for Macau; Grand Lapa was a solid choice for my visit!

The room was very large, the service was good, but the equipment was poor, like the bathroom had no ventilation equipment, the next day, still wet answer.

During hato, the place was organised. Electricity and water supply were provided with highest standards. Staff were helpful and efficient. Great hotel. I will definitely come back. Good restaurants as well by the way.

Although still in the decoration, but very clean also very comfortable, no strange taste or very noisy, the hotel staff is very kind, we will ask the concierge route information every day, they are always very enthusiastic for us to explain, really good. The future to Macau play will live in this room, too satisfied!

We stayed here in January 2011 and loved the place. The old world charm and decor was so nice after Hong Kong. Brilliant dining room and amazing breakfasts and great coffee.

An excellent place for a family getaway!
The room is clean and quiet despite the ongoing renovation. The staffs are welcoming especially the concierge named Romel who unselfishly gave us tips on going around the city. The staff in the gym is a friendly guy as well. We stayed for 2 nights; my son really enjoyed the pool, and my wife the jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was sumptuous. My family were the only passengers in the hotel's shuttle bus when we left; felt like we had a private coach. Definitely a nice hotel to come back to. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located in the mainland of Macau. It is near the ferry terminal. Near the centre, where the main historical sights of Macau are concentrated. The hotel has a very nice room, a swimming pool, a sauna, a gym, a gymnasium, a spa. The pool is one big and a few small jacuzzis. The lifeguard is on the watchtower. Beach soft, very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The settlement went very quickly.
If I liked the public areas unconditionally, the numbers would no longer be in the way. In particular, the bathroom latch was badly closed in our room. But these little things didn't spoil my impressions. I liked the hotel in general.

Although, a small hotel, but great service. Rooms were so-so when I visited it, but they told me that a renovation has happened since then. The most I liked there was their great hospitality, staff going out of their way to make us comfortable.
