True to be a good relaxing getaway. However not my cup of tea, quiet and abit inconvenient. Fine service, good rooms, excellent design, bland.
Poor customer service. Receptionists were VERY unhelpful and not professional. My booking was not found and the receptionist simply asked me to check it with Agoda myself without much explanation. One lovely lady was kind though. She helped call Agoda and offered to provide any necessary assistance. Problem couldn’t be solved on the spot but at least she showed a nice gesture. Bad location and no grand renovation. Doesn’t worth the rating of 5 stars. Think twice before you book it. There are many more better options in the city.

I’m luckily to have a room with perfect night view. It’s a bit far from city central but the hotel have shuttle bus.
