Love the dining experiences at Altira! Tenmasa is the best Japanese restaurant in Macau. I love Ying and their Michelin Star menu. The hotel has amazing views, especially from the infinity pool. The spa is excellent. This is a Forbes 5-star resort in every experience. And great price for a room! We will be back!

This is truly one of the most luxurious places I have been lucky enough to stay at … not once, but twice! It is simply perfect — large rooms with floor to ceiling windows, lovely friendly staff, a beautiful infinity pool that is 30 metres long, a range of wonderful restaurants and concierge that makes you feel totally VIP. They even collect you from the terminal! And best of all… it is away from the tacky casinos! If you are staying in Macau, there is no better place than the Altira!

Everything about this hotel is just awesome, especially the staff starts from door bell service to reception to the room. The service is incredibly excellent and heartfelt touching, I'm grateful and touched by your services. Staff are really awesome, too sweet of them the way taking care of guests. I think there are very well trained to serve guests with perfect care, and I experienced it both times when I visit. Thank you to staff who have helped me and guided me during my long stay in Altira.

Very sleek and modern hotel with very open and spacious rooms. The round Japanese style dipping tub was definitely an interesting touch. Would stay here again.

Situated next to the waterfront of Taipa, most of the Hotel Rooms faces the stretch of waters seperating Peninsular Macau with direct view across the waters of MGM, WYNN and GRAND LISBAO especially with the flickering colourful neon lights and their beautiful reflections on the water in the night. But unfortunately, it seems that their Casino operations here seems to be slowing down due to more and more newer competitors.

Modern guest rooms with amazing view over seeing Old Macau (Taipa). The staff's were very helpful and polite. Abit far from the Cotai strip but the price is rather reasonable for a 5 star hotel.

Excellent hotel, staffs are friendly. The room was clean and with a nice view of water front. To make us visiting the beautiful lobby at the 38th floor, we needed to go to the top first and then go down to our room at 25th floor with elevator at the other side of the lobby, too much elevators…

In my opinion, totally overrated and terrible for a 5 stars hotel. Yes, the room was good and offers a wonderful panorama of the river but other than that, location was in the middle of nowhere and what upset me the most was staff who were either indifferent or hostile & unprofessional. The only exception are the couple of gentlemen (doormen) who assisted with my luggage on my day of departure — finally someone with a genuine smile and interest in customer service.

The hotel offer over 5 star services, although they are only one of the 5star hoteles in Macao. Our receptionist Mr Martin 鍾 (Chung). Give our family best holiday in New year days 2018! We shall travel to Macao again. Atira Macau is the best choice for all!

Lovely upscale resort. The hotel bar is abit procey but overall great place to stay.

Nice place with good service. The Yi YIP room provide privacy, quite space for dining, gathering and meeting. Highly recommended.

Sunday Champagne Brunch Buffet at Altira was my favourite, but it was a let down this time as there were many changes! Oysters and seafood bar is no longer free flow it is restricted to 2 per pax! No more wagyu beef burger and everything else is mediocre.

Everything about this hotel was amazing, and definitely my new favorite hotel in Macau, the staff is incredible, so friendly and helpful. The view at the infinite pool overlooking Macau's skyline is incredible, the views at the room are really amazing. Their restaurants are fabulous too!
