Came here for 14 day mandatory quarantine. Hotel is clean and neat. All staff are happy to help.

One and only hotel in Macau that served Malaysian cuisine, and also some Indian food highly recommend.

Excellent dining and friendly atmosphere.

Nice n clean hotel, within walking distance… local food is good especially the dessert shop. Wi-Fi in room… no internet.

The lobby is quite a sight. Full of artistic pieces and very aesthetic decorations. This is indeed an art hotel. The hotel room is spacious and neat, and the bed size is big enough. The only complaint here is the washroom looks a bit old and probably needs some renovation.

Very good hotel with restaurant. It is nearby to the biggest malls and casino in Macao. But far from mainland Macao. We have to cross the bridge. People looking for casino fun can stay here.

Overall good. Indians you have Indian garden restaurant in 500 metres just behind the hotel. Beware if u have morning ferry to hongkong. Taxi drivers will loot you. Make sure you finalise the amount in presence of hotel staffs in their language.

A very peaceful venue. Wonderful front-desk staff. They are polite & able to converse well in English.

Nice traditional European style hotel in Hong Kong. A good spot if you want to avoid big hotels in Macau.

They cheat their customers with additional security amounts with promises that it would be refunded. You WON'T receive it back. You won't get any reply to their emails and their website is some 16th-century manuscript.

The Regency Art Hotel, formerly known as Hyatt Regency Macau and Regency Bay Hotel, is located in Taipa, Macau, close to the Taipa Bridge exit and is a 5-star resort hotel. Completed in 1983, the hotel has 326 rooms and suites, 12 multi-purpose meeting rooms and a ballroom, then known as Hyatt Regency Macau.
There is also a restaurant, bar and lounge, and Taibai resort with swimming pool and other recreational facilities.
July 1, 2006, Taibai Resort closed, Hyatt Regency Macau is also easy to name the Regency Bay Hotel. On the December 31, 2008, the Island Casino managed by Macau Gaming Co. Ltd. Was closed for interior decoration.
In the November 2016, the Island casino was re-opened to the outside world. In the planning of the Hotel redevelopment project, the former Hyatt Regency Macau, Taibai Resort & amp; Island Casino closed on July 1, 2006 and is conveniently located at Lai King Bay Hotel. In the future, redevelopment will be planned into a comprehensive project for hotels, shopping malls and residential buildings, with 500 rooms to be located in the hotel section. As of the end of 2016, the hotel did not have any information on the redevelopment.

Friendly staff. Clean. Casino. Breakfast buffet was simple but ok.

廾 5-star hotel for many years, the place is quiet and elegant, well-equipped but some old, there is a large and small swimming pool to swim or play water, underground restaurant at noon to drink tea and dinner place comfortable, food high level, the price is reasonable.

The stay at the regency art hotel was very comfortable and staff was very humble and helpful. They had 24hrs kitchen services. Market is very nearer to the palce.

Worst customer care service. Kindly don't book rooms here. We stayed here and paid 1000 as caution deposit. They said they will refund the money in 10-15 working days. But they dint refund anything… also I have mailed them regarding the same, but there is no proper response from them. Being a 4 star hotel they should not be like this to a foreign customers, they should react immediately to the customers.

Three words-"good, don't weigh"! The room is well, the musty smell! Breakfast is not well, super difficult to eat! Decoration is not good, too old! The price is good, the homestay is better than his!

The artistic decoration was the key feature of the hotel but now it cannot be found in the room after renovation. The room design become modern but not new and trendy. Portuguese style can be seen in the outdoor garden, swimming pool and entertaining room. There is indoor hot spring which is paid service. The breakfast buffet has quite a lot of food but vegan food is limited.

This is one of the best hotel in Macau. Best facilities available here.

Nice for group or small company, just had chrismas party here with my company, the buffet is not bad at all.

Noisy, rooms feel lack of maintenance. Shower was malfunction.

It’s a very old hotel but has a charm of its own! Beautiful place. Downside is that everything feels too old to use like the taps.

Hotel is not fully refurbished eg bathroom and carpet looks old. Breakfast is really basic.

Rooms are not cleaned especially the bathroom. It smelled like it has not been washed for months. The staff at the concierge and restaurant were rude. The room also had poor sound isolation and you can hear all the other guests roaming around in the corridor. Will never stay here ever again.

Good hotel but slightly far from main casino area like Venician etc.

A bit out of the area but a good hotel and place to stay non the less. quiet area, very good staff. Not much around so need to head into town or coati strip.

They have a spacious room with a good view, yet each corner very 'instagramable'

Friendly staff. Free Wi-Fi. Good breakfast and free local calls from Room. Currently renovation is in progress but located in the center of the city with easy access to restaurants and 7/11. They did not have money exchange for INR apart from that definitely worth staying.

The place is okay compared to the price you pay. Not as good as the other 5 star hotels in Macau, but certainly good for a cheap vacation.

From outside it looks pretty old, but from inside its still ok. Rooms are clean and good service. Although other facilities like health club, spa, etc are very old and need renovation.

Poor Quality, Poor Maintenance, Rude Reception girls, Smelling Rooms; Overall, very very bad place to stay in Macau. A strict No-No.

But for this hotel, I was completely disappointed. Right from the entrance, I could see that this probably was one of the most inhospitable places. The outside/ entrance of the hotel is adorned with some fake sculpture. But that definitely doesn't matter because for me it is the services and th attitude of the staff that really counts. So please read ahead Checked in at the reception and came across with one of the most unhappy person in the world. No greetings absolutely and the lady at the desk had a discriminating look on her face. She immediately demanded a deposit and when I asked, what it was for, she mentioned that this was for the mini bar. And later to my surprise and as I had expected, the mini bar in the room was completely empty. What really surprised me later was that not just the receptionist was hostile, every single staff in the hotel had the same cold attitude. No greetings, no smiles. In terms of the facilities itself, the room was unclean, several fixtures in the room and bathroom were broken, the water blocked itself both in the bathtub and the wash basin, no basic drinking water bottles, and not to mention the unclean and torn towels, torn sandals.

A classic hotel more akin to a resort. Although it can be a bit dated in respect of the bathroom in the rooms it offers a relaxing atmosphere especially in the dining and coffee areas. I recommend a visit at night to the bar. Drinks are relatively under priced especially the alcohol.
