This hotel has one of the best villas I have ever lived in, it is worth the expensive price tag.

The city's senior dream Resort, the penthouse indoor heated pool/Jacuzzi/gym, outdoor has a non-playable Sky Surf Garden! Room is big and beautiful, can play small pool to see the scenery, children must play crazy, and personal do not feel wet taste heavy!

I am very hot, in the official website booked two nights of room, swipe to pay also confirmed, in check out, actually will charge me 690 of the difference in house price!

Tastefully decorated rooms, spacious, mini pool in the room (boiling water clim to the max to compensate, not to think of the ecological footprint)

This luxurious Hotel has amenities which are not found everywhere — — for instance… a pool in your room?! The Spa services are also quite unique — — and almost "over the top"! — — but its NOT a complaint! The emphasis on pools is almost a fantasy — — such as the relaxation pool — — or wooden bathtubs, a steam room and Jacuzzi. The staff are very well trained, "professional" and seem motivated to provide the best assistance and service possible! The food is well prepared, very attractively presented as well as "Yummy"! Being located in the "Galaxy Complex" also provides plenty of choices for entertainment, eating and shopping… The quality is "almost Dreamlike"!

Room service excellent room facilities suitable for relaxing the top floor can also enjoy the swimming pool the gym doesn't have to be crowded with crowds.

This is one of the best hotels that we stayed in, the rooms are superbly comfortable and clean. Lots of room amenities not present in the rooms of the other hotels in the same category. This will be my first choice if ever we will go back to Macau although I would also like to try their hotels in other counties.

Great service and nice room. My little boy was so happy about the pool in the room and the hotel also offered a birthday cake for me! The gym room and the indoor rooftop pool are awesome as well. However I am Just wondering did they used to change the water of the in room pool everytime before the new customers check in?

Amazing people and service, always willing to go the extra mile. The room (signature pool suite) are large and spacious (160sq m), the facilities are very accommodating and comfortable. The highlight is the bath tub for two and the lounge pool. This is my third stay and I will look forward to more! Maybe due for an update is the entertainment system, with better responding TV and a bluetooth audio system for a more upto date feature.

Great hotel, the room we stayed in was very nice. I really wish they had a heated outdoor pool for the kids. Was a little disappointed to find out they shut it down every winter. We had a pool in our room though that the kids did enjoy. The rest of the galaxy complex is also really nice.

Stay away from this hotel! Unless you want see cockroaches on your breakfast table and trashed with very loud construction noises during your 3-hour-long royal Banyan tree SPA. The only sorry you get is 10% of your $3, 300 bill as if you need the coffee money to accept their insincere apology. The Suites are way too smaller! Be aware that the pictures on the Macau website are false advertisement. If you had fun at other Banyan Tree locations, (We had great time both at Mayakoba, Mexico and Shanghai, China. ) and expecting the same service and comfort level, you are DREAMIMG! The size of the room is kind like the 3-star standard in the west and more horribly is that it's too old and UNCLEAN！

Damn well near one of the best experiences a hotel can offer! The staff were amazing and attentive, the room smelled great (incense does help), the indoor pool as well as the great tub helped create a relaxing ambiance. The room service was well priced, the casino was busy with people playing baccarat!

I like here because it's comfortable. The waiter and the waitress serve you very well. This is the best hotel that my family and I had ever been.

A lovely surprise from a special someone and a luxurious experience in the renowned banyan tree, so I decided this to be my first review on tripadvisor! My partner and I had the most amazing time in this hotel, tho the previous brands we stayed in such as four seasons and Sheraton were also superb. We checked in at a rather late time at around 9 at night and we had a seat at the enormous lobby sofa using the free Wi-Fi before heading to our lush grand coati suite. The in-room relaxation pool and wooden tub got us so very excited I let the hot water run as soon as I got into the room and explored the other parts of the room *took loads of pictures lol* Lots of cushions on the gigantic sofa which was very comfy for us tired body from all the walking during the day time, lovely aroma from the candle pot with aromatic oil near the door, fully equipped with their own brand of hotel amenities, now what else have I missed? Ohhh the heated toilet seat haha! The only concern was there were way too many buttons on the walls and we failed to turn off the light in the living room where we were assisted by a staff we rang up and that was sorted out within a few minutes, excellent service as expected in such highly rated hotel. A milk bath in the wooden tub was pure luxury. It allows you to completely rejuvenate from a week of work and indulge in a hot bath overlooking the sparking lights of macau.

Close to casino, and the second best hotel in Galaxy! Super friendly reception:) ) ) )
