Rooms and the hotel interior are up to 5* standard. However, the service provided is questionable. Initially room service was delivered as per the order, after two days of stay a tray charge appeared, frankly speaking this is the first time I hear about it in the hotel industry. I would also like to bring to attention that the silverware brought with the room service was not up to standards (forks were bended). As for the breakfast for the 2 days I had to look for waiters to ask for coffee, no one was approaching me and everyone looked busy doing its own tasks. As I mentioned before, the hotel interior and the rooms are done well, however should really work on the service to achieve the 5* classification.

Perfect for a lunch or dinner getaway. The ambience was just great, staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Great conference facilities too, we had an issue with parking cause there was an event going on but we were sorted.

Every staff was so friendly except those two ladies at the breakfast who kicked me out for the dress code which was casual business (in the morning). I wouldn’t have written down this if I didn’t hear that my colleague worn leggings and t-shirts at the restaurant (not the bar). If your hotel doesn’t want anyone wears improper clothes, it could be better to put sign or indication both online and offline. Still remember she said “you can’t wear like that”. I didn’t know there is something I can’t wear.

Found the drinks especially juices to be very expensive compared to the quantity. Loved dining at the chop house, It's private and the meals was mouth watering. I will be going back. Radisson blue is one of the top 5 star hotels in Upperhill Nairobi. It offers good lobby area, restaurant, bar and breakfast area. Not sure if it has a children's playing area. Doesn't have a club. It's mostly preferred by business travellers because if good budget and ample ambiance. Also good for conference… has a good number of very well equipped modern conference rooms.

Such a beautiful amazing place! Really nice restaurant with an assortment of very well prepared meals and presented in a manner that will make you want more plus they're extremely tasty. Their rooms are exquisite with a classy and cosy taste with great service. If you're planning a meeting or training, their facilities offer all that you need with great ambiance and comfortable seating. Pretty much this is a top hotel!

Very classy hotel. Their facilities are state of art. The food is just the best part of the place. The meeting rooms are large and classy. The waiters and waitresses are very friendly and enjoy doing their work. On the downside the gym is pretty small. I must admit I enjoyed the place.

It is usually easier for an establishment, like a hotel, to attain a high standard than maintain it. In my opinion, this hotel has gone from strength to strength and not only maintained their high standard of customer care, but improved it! Customer care seems ingrained in the DNA of every staff member; from the stewards right up to management. The hotel's management is most definitely leading by example. Even their internet access has improved from an already impressive level, so my recommendation as accommodation for a business traveller stands! **** Previous Review (11 months ago) This is my home away from home when I visit Nairobi for business on a regular basis. Every staff member, from the security check point upon arrival to front desk to house keeping to hotel management are making it their mission to provide customer service and make one feel completely at home. Yes, sometimes there are little things in some rooms that don't always function 100%, but I've found if these are brought to the attention of the hotel staff in a positive manner, they will go further than just the extra mile to ensure that everything in the room is fully functional and to have a happy, returning guest. Typical Radisson Hotel: Good. Clean. Efficient. Not too far from the airport. Great Spa and pool. Food is good if you aren't always looking for Naija food like me. Overall good experience.

Located in the suberb Upper hill, Nairobi. Very welcoming and professional staff with 1st class service. Great environment and renowned for both international and local business meetings, conferences and workshops. Amenities are excellent and very well maintained in its own unique signature style. Known for hosting dignitaries and high level events.

High-end hotel… Extremely pretty.

Used the restaurant facility and I loved it. Like any other big hotel in Kenya, the menu is majorly western although the cost is on the higher end. If you have money to spend, head here. You won't be disappointed. You can also just go have coffee! And oh, there is a ballroom too. Radisson blue is way beyond 5 stars.

The elegance! If you have a thing for decor and art this place will feed your soul. Only stayed a day here but I can comfortably say the service is good with friendly staff. They have adequate parking and security is top notch. We requested room service when we ordered lunch and that was done promptly. The food was great. Went back here yesternight and this time tried Humidor bar. We were looking for a restaurant to eat at (around 11:30 pm) but unfortunately they were all closed. Humidor had our backs. We had burgers and wine which were good. Top notch ambience with soft music playing in the background, polite and incredibly helpful waitstaff, strong Wi-Fi connection. The cigar lounge has a beautiful view of the city and they also serve hookah. They close up from 12:30 AM. Overall great place to wind up the day, always a pleasure.

I haven't used their room services yet, but I have been to one on one meetings, ballroom meetings and events. It is a great place, very classy, very friendly service to all. The halls and ballrooms are many and in several sizes, very well furnished… And homely. The food is great, too. Whether it's a full course meal or bites, they know how to make the best.

A great addition to the Nairobi hotels landscape. Aptly located. Very warm reception. However the security check and hold up at the entrance can feel too much. Has very up-to-date furnishings. Two restaurants (Chop house — for African cuisine & The Larder for international dishes). Hotel can be busy especially during lunch hour as there are very many meetings held there. All in all… Radisson blu is worth every penny.

For such a big brand I must say your food is too pricey and yet is nothing to write home about. Quality standards — zero. I've been to other Raddisson Blu's around the world. 100x better food service and affordability, or are the owners trying to rip people off for a return on the investment? Good ambience but failing on f&b. Please visit the Norfolk and try their food.

A spot of choice if you happen to need a classy venue for your events. We have enjoyed all the events we have hosted here. The rooms are spacious. Food on point. Their service exemplary. We had fantastic stay here for a conference. Our room was great, food was delicious, staff was friendly and the conference rooms were nice as well. Staff even asked about our kids, if they weren't with us and paid special attention to them each morning at breakfast.

I never get tired of this breathtaking and extremely beautiful designer hotel. The guards at the entrance are very friendly as in many five star hotels with the exception of Hotel Intercontinental which has some ridiculous security procedure at the front entrance. Anyway Radisson Blue is a place I don't want to leave. The food has since improved tremendously, I visited the hotel when it was a week old. Beautiful ambiance. Extremely clean washrooms with fancy finishes. Love love this hotel. Perfect venue for corporate events.

Radisson Blu is a 5 star hotel with excellent room service.
Will miss the gym and the swimming pool areas. The breakfast and lunch were on point.
The room is amazing.
The lounges are a sight to behold.
The general view is just captivating.

Lovely place… Ohhhh breathtaking… The deco is out of this world. Service is slow but once you get the attention of a waiter they treat you so well and with respect. Professional staff and mature. The food wahhhh is the best… had buffet for lunch and everything was so fresh and the sushi and pork chops were amazing. I will definitely go back again and again.

It's located in upper hill. Has great food and great conference rooms for business meetings. Not far from town and the ambience is to die for.

Sumptuous breakfast and spacious meeting room. The hotel has adequate secure parking for guests and visitors. The waiting bay and landing area are huge with exquisite sitting space.

Chef Gitonga and Chef Wissem are an awesome combo of culinary skill. Best meal we've had this year. Would recommend the Chophouse restaurant to any food enthusiast. Perfect dinner. Can't wait for the next item on the menu checklist. Keep it up!

It's a five star hotel so therefore everything is well organized and service is very good. Cleanliness is way on top. It has a pool, play area for kids a gym spa and can also organize an event at their location for you.

Many organizations are preferring to hold events there. The conference room is huge. Plus other small ones. The food at the restaurant is great. Especially if you're a desserts person. They also got good short ribs.

The restaurant larder had a very poor service. Difficult to get waiters to respond as they seemed busy with 30% restaurant occupancy. Furthermore the nearby tables were not cleaned and left unattended more then an hour after our arrival. Not a pleasant environment to have a meal. Our waiter Mr. Godfrey serving us was very patient and helpful once he got our attention. The food was very nice however I witnessed all guests had complaints on the services. Otherwise a very nice ambiance to enjoy the evening.

The serene environment. Though I had a slight issue with customer care. They tend to serve the foreigners quickly than us locals but if you just spot one waiter and approach them then they might pay more attention to you as the local. If they havent yet then just idle sit ha ha ha. But it's a really cool place. I love it.

If you want High class top of the range facilities to impeccable service to world class meals… Its highly priced for the average kenyan but if you afford it you will have the time of your life here… Everyone from the security guards at the gate to the waiters are honestly world class… Enjoy your time here.

Why would you not even try this hotel? We do not have the likes of Ritz Carlton in Kenya yet but Radisson Blu is just pure class. I have never been this excited inside a hotel in Kenya since I last visited the Ritz, but being in Radisson Blu matched if not surpass the experience I got. And oh my God, isn't the hotel strategically positioned, it's hard to believe it's situated in Kenya, not only is it stunning but it's environs are equally great. I think this has got to be one of the best hotel I've been to in Kenya, and I have been to uncountable hotels. Cleanliness is at its peak, I doubt there's even dust in it. And the services are just mind blowing. I could simply live there forever. It's one of those best moments I've experienced so far in 2017. Radisson Blu really redefines the whole experience of elegance and class that any hotel has to offer.
