Nice place with a great ambiance. The place is also a good landmark to track your directions having a golf club near! what else could you not remember.

Since they undertook serious renovations, the place is looking lovely with modern facilities and world class gym and heated pool… I highly recommend the hotel.

The refurbishment made are excellent. Very stylish and contemporary. The new Bar one is definitely a must do on Friday. This is a true hidden gem in lower hill.

Very tranquil and serene. I especially loved the customer service at the hotel, gym and sauna… although renovations are ongoing it's a worthy place to visit.

Good structure being run down by careless staff. Was given a room with no soap, towel and other effects. The food especially breakfast and lunch is not all fresh. Only dinner appeared to me fresh. Simple thing like phone directory to know how to call reception for example was missing. I could go on and on…

Old hotel in renovation at Fev2018. Too much noise for an hotel. Traffic around is a mess. Take 30min to drive 400meters is chaotic. Staff is very polite and space very green. Parking free and a lot of space. Expensive for the quality offered.

Excellent meals and superb service.

Normal rooms cost 7k bed breakfast and one more meal. Rooms are business like, they have hot tubs, smart tvs, and one can access the spa, gym, steambath and sauna. Very friendly staff. Downside:Wi-Fi speeds very low, meal quality ranges from poor to a good trial, the swimming pool is still under construction. Their ac needs improvement, rooms can get freezing and other times very hot.

It has an ideal location however your view of Nairobi is permanently blocked by buildings. It has a restaurant that was decent do not expect any mind blowing delicious food though. The rooms a pretty decent and clean. Ask for a room that does not face the gym otherwise prepare to be awakened at 4am by loud music.

The best hotel with the best service, it's also has the best Garden restaurant. It also have the best health and fitness centre state of the art.

Gorgeous ocean vista right outside your doorstep, friendly staff, Wi-Fi with decent speeds. Only thing I would recommend to the group is increase diversity of food. Especially seafood at Tiwi where my wife and I stayed with friends… Afterall it is the coast, and few people would understand the lack of seafood diversity. I will highly recommend the place and I'll will be planning future trips here.

The decor and ambiance are great… the kids enjoyed themselves… the food was great… apart from the fruit salad which was definately not fresh… on the downside the changing rooms in the pool area need to have a shower in them and they are way too small with only one toilet… it would be kind if difficult if more people were to show up for the Sunday brunch and needed to swim… otherwise… Great service guys. Will definately visit again.

Hillpark hotel nairobi. I was amazed by the service. Very quiet place. They have good food.

Rooms and the hotel interior are up to 5* standard. However, the service provided is questionable. Initially room service was delivered as per the order, after two days of stay a tray charge appeared, frankly speaking this is the first time I hear about it in the hotel industry. I would also like to bring to attention that the silverware brought with the room service was not up to standards (forks were bended). As for the breakfast for the 2 days I had to look for waiters to ask for coffee, no one was approaching me and everyone looked busy doing its own tasks. As I mentioned before, the hotel interior and the rooms are done well, however should really work on the service to achieve the 5* classification.

Very beautiful interior but the food was terrible! The chicken was flat all I could taste was the sauce. The samosas were pathetic, flat, dry, and I'm having a tummy ache. The only thing I enjoyed there were the shrimps.

I have rarely experienced such serenity, peace, tranquility, good food, great ambience all rolled into one place. 11/10
