Very nice appartement, better value for money than most hotels in Nairobi. Very conveniently situated on riverside drive near the German embassy (very safe). Flat are spacious, very well equipped (full kitchen, washing machine, …) nice heated indoor pool too. Staff extremely friendly and catering to every need a great place to stay in Nairobi.

HORRIBLE! This hotel was horrible! Tried to do my laundry in the room and the door locked my clothes in all night! Had a flight to catch in the morning. Called a person who told me to wait to till the morning because machine was overheated. Plane to catch and 4 suitcases to pack… in the morning before a flight. Didn't sleep ALL night. So paid for a room I didn't even get any sleep in! After getting that sorted… Wi-Fi was HORRIBLE! Intermittent at best. Went for breakfast, the coffee was the worst I've ever had! Kenyan coffee is supposed to be the best… NOT HERE! Ordered an omelette and cook gave it someone else! Reordered and got a piece of foil in it! And the pool was not working right! Probably a broken pump. nightmare!

Stay at this hotel altmost two weeks before leaving the country. I was impressed with the amenities they had. We had two bedrooms equipped with own bathroom, had a kitchenette, guess bathroom and a laundry room. The restaurant is on the top floor with a nice view of the area. We had a very nice breakfast everyday. Definitely do recommend this hotel.

BW is doing a great job running these well appointed apartments located in the prime residential Riverside suburb. It's offers a serene and quiet neighbourhood for short and long term visitors who would wish to enjoy home like amenities in a hotel setting. Some of the amenities include a 24hr concierge, meeting rooms, gym and a swimming pool. Dinner at the rooftop restaurant or gym time is highly recommended as you watch the sun set. The panoramic views of the leafy Muthangari, Riverside and Bernard estate suburbs are also breathtaking.

Nice accommodation. However, every item I ordered from the bar or restaurant I was told, "one item is not available hence we cannot get the item for you". But they have a friendly staff willing to help where they can.

Best stay in nairobi very friendly staff especially the ones on the frontdesk. Breakfast on the rooftop witj a spectacular view. Its truly a hidden gem hopefully they continue to keep the place as it is… maybe install air conditioner but they were funs available… I pretty much enjoyed everything, will definately be back.

Had a business lunch meeting at Executive Residency. Great food. Got a personal tour of the facilities as well. Outstanding workmanship on the rooms and the entire building. Classy establishment with a lot of management attention to detail.

I loved the roof top where the restaurant is with such a great view of Nairobi. The rooms were awesome I would love to spend a night there, The facility was good I went to the gym which was fully equipped, the swimming pool side was splendid I loved it. The receptionist was really welcoming and the services I was offered were the best. Thank you so much its a nice place to spend your holiday.

We were here for a team meeting and the service provided was excellent with attention the detail. Everyone is friendly and helpful and you feel you're in the right hands. The view from the rooftop as one has lunch is breathtaking! The gym and spa are on the rooftop too.
