This is my favourite place to stay in Nairobi — it's a nice calm spot and the breakfast is good. The staff are always very helpful and friendly.

Funded by airline owing to flight delay. Hôtel is located 30 to 40 minutes from thé airport, expect traffic congestion.

Wonderful staff and apartments, located in a quiet and serene part of Nairobi. Beautiful garden and pool, even a pool bar when the weather is good. Great place to stay and relax for a few days.

I stayed here for a week with a group of colleagues! The hotel’s surroundings are very beautiful and green! The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the rooms are rather old.

We stayed here for one night before heading out on safari. We received a warm welcome from the staff and were shown to our room, which was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Great attentive staff, great food. What’s not to like. Terrace, Jockeys, Pool bar, Exchange Bar. Lovely rooms… don’t even get me started. Had a lovely suite so I am including photos.

Aside from them building another complex next door, this place is extremely comfortable and clean. I'd give the room a 5 if not for the construction during the day.

I attended a training at their conference facilities. It's a warm place, lovely, with such tasty food. The staff are very welcoming and friendly.

Excellent budget inn close to the airport. Do bring mosquito repellent and earplugs for the nearby noisy mosque.

I just felt so at ease. The woman working there, 11/10, the kids, the cute, stupid, sweet little barking dog. The barbers, pharmacies, and café outside the gates.

We need a centric hotel with good prices and good rooms. Hadassah was absolutely perfect. The breakfast full of option and omelets made right there. The staff always accommodating. Very well located.

They hosted us a couple of weeks ago. The food was great. Kids play area was good. Swimming pool was great. Just make sure to allow enough time to get there as its quite far.

Ole Sereni – A True Urban Healing Sanctuary.
We spent our Christmas at Ole Sereni, and as a wellness travel curator, I can confidently say this property genuinely qualifies as a healing space.

We were given this hotel by KQ due to a flight cancellation. Deeply frustrated we made it here and the ambiance and atmosphere was welcoming and just what you’d need after a highly stressful flight.

I enjoyed my stay here and would strongly recommend this place.
The apartments are modern and chic. These are are serviced apartments located in Westlands. The location is wonderful.

A nice accommodation, but not easy to have a breakfast, there is a restaurant on the 24th floor for vegetarian.

Visited the nyama choma side. Services are a bit slow but their naa choma is good… they had really good music.
