Second night here now, but I might stay longer. It's a very well-kept hostel with helpful staff. Decor is colorful. Location is great.

The hotel is in a good location, close to a park and a shopping center, the staff is very polite.

The hotel coffee shop has very good original coffee. And the coffee service is very cool. There is a message or wish on the glass. And it’s interesting what you get.

Good hotel in terms of location, price and quality.

Hotel Khanaka is one of the first in Turkestan and is still relevant. Clean and comfortable. The atmosphere was impressive.

Very nice and huge rooms. Bathroom is superb and spacious. Clean and well kept. Price was also very reasonable. It is just 1.5km from city and parks.
Only point lift is between floors. No AC working.

Good hotel with good location. But I recommend that the staff should speak or understand English as a tourist in Kazakhstan The language is a big problem.

I stayed in this hotel to live the full Turkestan experience and can only recommend it! I loved my room with harbour-view, very spacious, modern and comfortable.

We stayed two nights at the Karavansaray Khaganate Hotel in Turkistan in late June 2024 and enjoyed it very much.

Staying at Ramada, as always, was worth remembering. The most strategically located in Symkent, it offers a fabelous view of the mountains.

The attitude of the staff and the design of the architecture directly gives an atmosphere of good mood.

The hotel is in a good location, close to a shopping center, cafes and restaurants, the rooms are cozy, clean, the staff is very friendly to customers.

Breakfast was nice.
Front desk reception was rather indifferent but correct.

The hotel is great value for money. For those looking for a comfortable overnight stay, this is the best option in Shymkent.

The new hotel-restaurant complex is located a 5-minute walk from the Mausoleum and Caravan Saray. Quiet, safe. The room has everything you need, clean, shower with hot water.

Our stay at this hotel was consistently positive. From our smooth arrival to our departure, we were very well looked after.

The staff here are very warm and kind, and warmly received the Chinese and Malaysian couples for the global road show and test of their self-driving pure electric vehicle.

Well-managed property with comfortable and spacious rooms. The upkeep of the rooms was excellent, as the property is kept in great brand-new condition.

Everything is good, very clean, breakfasts are good, there is no alcohol in the hotel and therefore it is quiet and calm, the only downside is the roosters crowing in the mornings that don’t let you

It's worth the money, for 10, 000/room/day it's very normal. It’s clean, the buffet breakfast is good, there’s even coffee.

Nice, but not great place. There are some comments. But in large cases there is no correspondence between price and quality.

The value is exceptional, however, this is unfortunately its downfall.

Stayed for two nights here in a twin bedroom with shared bathroom. The cleanliness is fine and you can see the cleaning lady working every day.

Yesterday we picked up a tourist on an excursion from this hotel. New, fresh, corresponds to 4* in all respects. Breakfast buffet. The parking is convenient.

We were in the swimming pools.
Cleanliness everywhere, clean pool, clean changing rooms and showers, toilets.
The cuisine is excellent, food is served quickly.
Everything is delicious.

The rooms are new, the staff is excellent, the prices are reasonable, the pools are excellent, they have four areas for 2 kids, teenagers and adults, there are always lifeguards on duty.

It is a perfect place to stay. The family that runs it is very nice and always available. Everything is very clean and the kitchen is perfectly equipped. Hot water, good pressure, comfortable beds.

Excellent, clean HOSTEL. For your money it's just great! Downtown. Everything is within walking distance.
