MyLINE relax complex

It would be nice if they adjusted the Karaoke sound a bit. The rooms are clean and the prices are affordable.
I'm taking back the stars. We couldn't sleep because of the noise. We regretted staying.

I give it 2 stars.

Firstly: what about hot water?
She simply doesn't exist. No water pressure! I deliberately got up half an hour earlier so that the water would drain, but no! It's just running cold. This is terribly infuriating! It's cold in the room!
I visited you a year ago! The water situation has not changed at all!
And the second point…
A terrible idea, of course, to turn an entertainment establishment into a hotel! Music blasts until 3 am! It's impossible to sleep at all!
I really want peace and relaxation from the road!
But… I can’t wash myself properly and I can’t sleep!

Terrible hotel. I won't recommend it to anyone. It’s not enough that the staff canceled my reservation without my knowledge, and there’s also a psychotic woman working at the reception — she says don’t raise your voice, while shouting at me and hanging up on me. After that, they didn’t even provide another number in return. Or rather, they first offered it, and then, apparently, decided to settle scores with the guest who was not happy with the service and said that there were no rooms. I advise management to pay attention to this level of service.
