Cozy small nice hotel. The location (close to the US embassy) was the most important to choose this hotel. Very supportive staff, especially Azamat. Thank you for everything.
Though it is important to know that even if you booked the hotel on booking. Com/their website or any other platform, you will need a physical card to pay the hotel directly on the front desk. That was pretty challenging for me as I booked the hotel for my parents being in another country. So I had to send PayPal to pay for the hotel. But anyway, the staff was very helpful in managing this issue.

Convenient location close to attractions was the determining factor in choosing a hotel. This is its main advantage.
The staff tries their best and are very friendly.
The downside is that breakfast is organized right in the lobby near the reception. Not very hygienic. It is inconvenient when there is a large influx of visitors.
Few tables and monotonous breakfasts. Food can be taken to your room if desired.
Still, it is better to organize meals in a room specially designed for this purpose.
There is no elevator.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, cleaned daily. Strangely, sometimes the trash was not taken out of all the bins.
No refrigerator.
You can order food to your room or go down to eat in a restaurant.

Quiet hotel, very warm at — 30, next to a mosque and the Paradise restaurant with good cuisine. The furniture is new. Everything is in the room. For breakfast there is everything as usual, but not hot. The porridge is warm and the egg is cold. But you can warm it up. The overall impression is good.

I liked everything. Responsive and attentive staff. Clean comfortable room. Quite edible breakfast. The location is convenient. The embassy is 7-10 minutes on foot.

I really liked it. Price, helpful girls at the reception, daily cleaning of rooms. For breakfast everything is fresh and in sufficient quantity, including fruit. The room was quiet, very clean and there were no foreign odors, just like in the hotel itself as a whole. Thanks to the staff for the service!

Boorish attitude of employees. Dear management of this establishment, since your hotel belongs to the service sector, please teach your staff to treat ALL visitors politely and respectfully! I picked up an order for Ozone today for the first time at this address. But there are no complaints about the Ozone employee. The complaint is specifically against the hotel staff. I was with a child in a stroller and followed the signs for Ozone. Almost immediately, a hotel employee (a man in a white shirt) looked at the pick-up point and rudely and dismissively asked, “What is this? ”, pointing his finger at the floor. I spent less than a minute at the pickup point because the order was issued quickly. When I went out into the street and was going down the ramp, a hotel employee (an elderly woman) caught up with me and began to scold me that I had hit the stroller. I asked you to put up a notice in this case if you are prohibited from entering the territory with a stroller. To which I received a boorish question in response: “What, is she the smartest, or what? ” Do your employees also force wheelchair users to leave their wheelchairs outside? I wouldn’t mind leaving the stroller in the vestibule if there was a notice there or if I was asked to do this in advance (in case the security guard is watching, since I have an expensive stroller), and not actually be rude.

The maids stolen the golden ring. I lived there for about a week. The day before departure, after taking a shower and removing the ring on the bathroom countertop, I open the door for the maids to once again refuse to clean. They offered to throw out the trash, one of them went into the room with me to get the trash, distracting me, the second maid went to the bathroom. After which the ring was never found… I called the police, conducted a search, and called the maid who cleaned my room. She walked up to the table, then by some miracle it ended up on the table! I’m missing a lot of facts, evidence and photos of the fact of tossing the ring… I can provide it to the Google administration if necessary. I immediately went to this hotel, but for the last 24 hours the day was not returned. Please do not come to this hotel. Moreover, their administration is in cahoots with the maids. Upon arrival, the police said: this is not the first time in this hotel that something has been “lost” and then “found”

Convenient location. Cafe on the ground floor. Breakfast with buffet elements. The staff is very attentive and responsive. The rooms are clean and were cleaned daily. The air conditioner and TV worked. Calm and quiet. We liked it, thank you!

Nice hotel with nice and comfortable rooms. The staff is polite and friendly. The hotel beds are comfortable. Breakfast is included in the price. The repertoire is rather sparse and in the hall they were sticking something on the wall, but you can calmly eat it and it will be a complete breakfast. The location is not very good — in the middle of the private sector. It's a 20-minute walk to the nearest store, and even more to restaurants. The hotel is good.
