BUT, several days have already passed, and there is no money… and when you call them, you only hear promises. The apartment was promised to be clean, BUT only the floors were clean. In the bathroom there was hair in the drain, it was so clogged that even when you just turned on the water, it didn’t come out. There are refrigerators, but they are very dirty, the walls in the kitchen are covered in something, there are crumbs and hair everywhere. The bedding has been washed, but has old blood stains. We were guests in this house and simply did not want to embarrass the owners, so we decided to spend the night by renting this apartment. And at night it was already very inconvenient to look for something else. I will never use this company again in my life and will not recommend it to anyone. Because there are absolutely no “hotel-like conditions” there.

Terrible service. It gets worse and worse every year. We pulled into an apartment on the 41st floor (like the bottom floor of a penthouse) and were greeted by a flickering light bulb, the doors in the shower stall had been torn out, and wires were sticking out. The water is either boiling water or ice cold. There are no hooks in the shower, I decided to put a chair, but it is broken and if I move it, it will fall apart. The tiles in the toilet were torn off. I asked for an apartment with a washing machine, there was one in the apartment, but it just stood in the hallway, not connected. Let's go further, a terribly dirty kitchen, falling apart cabinets with peeling coatings, no shelves in the refrigerator and terrible dirt. The kitchen table had no legs, and underneath there was some kind of shelf with nails. The sofa, of course, is also dirty and torn. The bed is absolutely crap, the boards under the mattress are broken, the bedding has yellow stains. My husband tried to fix it. A bedside table with a broken top lid. Next are the cabinets, they are all simply broken, some are facing the wall. Not a single thing in the apartment was intact. It's just crazy what a terrible apartment. After we returned to the agency office, a quest awaited us: find an agent. Waiting for an hour, long negotiations, assuring me that everything was fine with the apartment. I have stayed through this agency for the 5th time and have never seen such horror.
