SPA Hotels in Almaty

The location is great, close to the center, opposite a great restaurant. The staff is very helpful, thank you very much for that. Breakfast served in the room.

Large comfortable bed, spacious (ceilings under 5 meters) and bright room. There is a sofa, chairs, table, wardrobe, kettle and bottles of water, which are brought every day.

Overall. Great place to stay.
Rooms are ok.
Service is ok. Room service at my level was nice/friendly. Wifi is fast and stable.
Location. Great.

To be honest, I was apprehensive of booking this hotel. The name, the style, everything just seemed a little off, however the location and some of the positive reviews swayed us here.

Thank you so much, everyone! They were incredibly friendly and helpful with all my questions. The rooms are very clean, and ironing services are also available.

Skip Blue Sky Taxi Airport shuttle – but otherwise, an unforgettable stay at Renion Hotel!
Let’s get one warning out of the way: do NOT take Blue Sky Taxi from the airport.

It’s situated at Arman apartment complex ground floor! A residential condominium complex. Need to pay the security guard here for our parking, when I ask them through booking.

For a small hotel it is good, but the breakfast is poor.

We were in a hostel which is located at the end of the building, we rented a room for 2 people for 36, 000 tenge for 3 days. Everything was excellent, I liked everything.

On vacation we rented an apartment at a hostel. The apartment is clean, bright, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

I don't stay at the hotel (I just live around the corner) but use the restaurant/ bar fairly often Baymax, is a reasonable price and service.

The hotel is really huge. Rooms are very spacious. They provide everything from toileteries to slippers inside the room. The only problem was the service.

I have extended my stay for 2 more days as I like this hostel. There's lot of travellers staying here. Kitchen to cook.

I had a fantastic time at this hostel. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Reasonable price for a hotel in the center. Many of Almaty's main attractions are within walking distance. Wi-Fi, TV with smart TV, kettle, mini-fridge. The staff responds to comments quite quickly.

We were there in 2019 and really liked it. Nice double room, TV, fan and electric kettle. The bathroom was normal, however, the water was not hot, but warm.

Thanks to the receptionist she help me to book my taxi every time I need to go somewhere and A bit advice to all travelers let’s bring long patience 🤭

Not a bad option not far from the station. The hotel is ok and not expensive. (6-8 thousand)
Liked.
On the second day, cockroaches began to be seen. We were there for two days.

Very friendly and courteous staff, always helpful.

Nice and clean. Very friendly staff. Recommended!
