The location of the hotel is good, the center.
The pool at the height of the summer season does not work. They said there was a problem with the filter.
There is no hot water during the day.
Towels and bed did not change, only when already persistently asked. And then they'll forget to return the robe, the towels.
There is no kettle for boiling water in the room. We followed him to the buffet.
Breakfasts for a weak 4.

Good location. Responsive staff. Comfortable and not expensive transfer. Located in a convenient location (personally for me) the window overlooks Kok Toba. Nearby is Dostyk Avenue, which is very quickly accessible to the medewe high-altitude rink and cable car to the Chimbulak Ski Resort. The hotel has a restaurant. From hotel Parasat to the airport is a bypass road (home quickly and without traffic jams). This year I plan to visit Almaty a couple of times, I will definitely stay at this hotel. See you later.

Good enough location, but not very convenient for pedestrians, because it's next to a busy highway.

OK for one night. The floors are creaked, audibility great. Prices are low.

A decent conference room. Several times was at the Convention. It went surprisingly well. There is a projector, good speakers. For small official meetings is a very good option. There is a small bar for a buffet. Also there is a small balcony, vip-places, so to speak.

We stayed in a room with a large and single bed, a TV and a fridge. In a bathroom a toilet, a washstand and a shower without a booth and a pallet. One significant minus-scary squeaky floors. When people walk in the hallway or overhead, the bed is reeling and the sound of creaking loud, wakes up at 7am. I hope the rooms in the class above do not have such interference.

One of the most prestigious hotels in Almaty. The staff is polite. Not very convenient location.

For your money just a great hotel. Good room with all amenities. It was warm, stayed in the winter it was important. Nice staff. Breakfast was not included in the room rate but can be ordered with several different menus available. From the minuses can be called not very good sound insulation, audible if you clap the doors and in the winter you will not be very comfortable to reach the hotel, as it is slightly away from the main roads and the passage/passage is not always well cleared.

Breakfast is just terrible. First pancakes were yesterday-Pozavcherashnie, filed warmed in the microwave. Pancakes with meat were stuffed with meat and smell. And all this disappointment costs 1000 TG per person.

The hotel is located in a quiet area of the city. Not far from Medea. Walking distance to the Ritz shopping malls, Dostyk Plaza.

Great for the price. The hotel overlooks Kok Tobe, around the private sector, but it does not interfere, the access to the hotel is convenient, especially on the way to Chembulak. There is a large car park which is included in the room rate. Opposite the big shopping center. Room for three, small, but comfortable enough, three towels for each, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries. The room was clean and comfortable.

The room is very small. The bathroom is tiny. The room is cold. The truth is an electric heater. The carpet is dirty. The bed is shaky. From the pluses is located near the mountains. Nice view from the window.

Very quiet and comfortable hotel!

Small and cosy. Good price for what you get. Would be excellent if breakfast was included.

For the price it is a perfectly serviceable hotel, clean tidy had a sauna and a pool and a 15-20 minute walk to town. Perfect for visiting Medeo as the bus route goes down Dostyk which is right next to the hotel. The check in staff were also friendly and helpful. The only downside was the lack of bed side lamp and that it is quite hard to locate the first time. It's actually on a side road off elebekov street. Take the first left after you turn off from al-farabi avenue. I have posted a bunch of pictures to help with this.

Sauna and swimming pool are included in the price. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle service.

Rooms are small and basic, I stayed a few times, once during the winter the room was freezing cold and the heating could heat it. Breakfast is good but no longer self service.

The hotel is not bad, the breakfast is great, the room was cold, the rooms were very clean. The staff is friendly and polite, very helpful in solving some or other tourist problems. The hotel is clean not shabby. 4 I bet for the original cold room. Overall everything is perfect, the location is not much far from the center, but overall the area is very cute and new.
