The staff was very accommodating, kind, and attentive. We had breakfast and dinner included; which was delicious and well prepared. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Unbelievable property. It is a large property with several restaurants, shops, and pools. And of course the beach on the Dead Sea. This hotel is 100% guest-satisfaction oriented.

My husband and I loved our time here. The experience of covering each other in mud from the Dead Sea and floating in it for the first time was so much fun! And our skin felt baby soft for days.

The hotel is good, five stars. Although the building isn't as tall or large as other hotels in Amman, it has all the necessary services and facilities.

I used to stay in another hotel which wasn’t very bad, but at the same rate booked here and I was amazed by the difference.

We have just stayed 4 nights in the hotel and we had a fantastic time. The rooftop bar and the pool area were great. The food was excellent, however, the greatest part were the staff.

I had a great stay at Seven Roses Hotel in Amman. The service was excellent, the staff spoke really good English which made everything easy, and they were extremely friendly, especially with my kids.

The hotel is at a very good locatio. My overall experience was good just few issues:
Breakfast buffet is limited.
Bathroom slope of some rooms is wrongly constructed.

Great stay at Geneva Hotel Amman. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and a very good location. The atmosphere was great, and the room was quiet with hardly any traffic noise.

After a 9 hour flight, we arrived at the hotel at 6:00 in the morning. At first we just wanted to store our luggage and leave, since the check-in time is in the afternoon.

We had read some strangely disappointing reviews about this Hotel, but wanted to test the water temperature. The whole experience was excellent.

Note for everyone looking at reviews — the resort is a seperate place to the hot springs! Many people have put reviews on the wrong one.

The place is very beautiful and everything but the toilets in the events hall (B3) don't have bidets and cubicles are very small. How come no bidents in a middle eastren country?

It's a beautiful place for a family vacation! They just redid a big part of the hotel. The food was unique and quite small. The dead sea was amazing too! Thank you dead sea spa resort!

Not bad, but could be better for the price. Facilities are good, pool is ok for kids. Only downside was the dinner. I took just breakfast and paid for dinner at hotel. 20 JOD per person.
