Good hotel for its price it isn't very near to touristic locations, very polite and helpful staff.

Wonderful hotel. Rooms were nice and clean and so was the bathroom. Had a great buffet dinner for only 10JD. Highly recommend. The staff are also helpful and accommodating.

Nice hotel and staff very friendly. Room clean, comfortable and well equipped with fridge, coffee area, air conditioning. Maybe a little in his "juice" but nothing nasty or unpleasant.

The best hotel for families. Very inexpensive and the breakfast is very good.

It is a decent hotel for a quick stay. Food is ok. We stayed there for a night. The AC of our room was not working, and after a few requests, they didn't fix it. So 3 stars.

Great Hotel in a different operating country. Security seemed legit. Location was great! Breakfast and dinner provided in the hotel all good.

It's the first hotel in Jordan. I can't compare. The room was very spacious. Television looks terrible. The carpet is very dirty. Dinner is a free buffet but with very few options. Breakfast is better. It is surprising that when entering the hotel you have to go through a metal detector both people and suitcases, as in the airport.

Good service, reasonable Price, good bath room and nice beds. Only the problem not near by restaurant and not located in main city so you have to travel little away for having food. Remaining all fine and good well.

Good compromise to spend a few days in Amman in a very safe neighborhood. Very friendly staff and good food. It was a bit of a hotel. The only drawback is the lack of precision in cleaning.

Were here only for one night — the room was as far as ok, everything clean — is rather on the edge of Amman, if you want to go to the city, you should call a taxi.

Stayed for 2 nights. I would stay away. 1. Every room is a smoking room. The room stinks 2. They do not change the sheets and found various stains and hairs on the bed. Absolutely disgusting. 3. The floors are rarely vacummed. So its… yea. 4. Staff is not friendly. Even by arab standards. Look else where…

Rooms are nice, internet is terrible, staff is nice, but communication skills are poor, they first tell you (in the evening that you pay the taxi at the desk), the next morning after you spend all your dinars they tell you no, you pay the driver, and the driver has to take you to an ATM where you must withdraw money at a high cost. I wont recommend this place.

Worse hotel. Lacks customer service. A/C is not working properly. Fridge is not working had to call them more than 10 times to change it. No toiletories. Safe box is not working. Tv was not working. Overall: bad experience.

Lovely hotel great value for money but not good location.

Clean, easy to reach (from downtown by taxi with meter) hardly 2 dinars, friendly staff, good breakfast. Everything fine. 15 walking minutes from City Mall or Mecca Mall. The rooms are spacious. We spent 10 relaxing days there. We can only recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel, a little off-centre but with very good benefits, including a car service with a driver.

Great value for the money. Friendly staff, espacially the baker. You must have breakfast and enjoy the freshly baked bread right before your eyes. Realy nice.

I stayed in Nov 2016 4 nights in this hotel, so I give it 0 stars, no internet cold and dirty. And 85 USD more from my account deducted.

At first glance the hotel makes an excellent impression, but living there is not definitely deserves more than three stars have been assigned to them. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, some with large bathrooms equipped with shower. However, the bathroom appears not to be heated, at least in a sufficient way, the shower includes a window that seems to have double glazing, but common. The window of the room is very wide and in three sections, two fixed double glazing and a cabinet with glass simple; there is not much difference in noise between to keep the window open or closed. The room has a desk area with mini-bar and a wardrobe with a small safe. My room, while having a box and climate control non-warmed, after a couple of days, I have warned you in the evening, and have entered the heating in the night, the next day, the problem is readily re-presented; the ventilation is noisy in both heating and cooling. The majority of rooms overlooking an inner courtyard closed at the top by a glass wall, very nice, on each floor, a circle of the balconies, the door to the room. This property, certainly beautiful to look at, has the big drawback of reflecting The noise with the result that it is very easy to be woken up at three in the morning by someone entering the room and slams the door. Also The walls between the rooms are not soundproofed and the TV of the near you feel. The restaurant is perhaps a little better than other hotels, the menu is always the same.
