I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, but what truly made the difference was the outstanding support from the night manager, Qasem Khaled.

The staff was very accommodating, kind, and attentive. We had breakfast and dinner included; which was delicious and well prepared. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Honestly one of the best hotels in Amman!. The service the staff the cleanliness is all so great. The breakfast was good, Chef Naqaa alsmadi has done some amazing job.

The bowling alley offers a fun and relaxed environment that’s suitable for families, friends, or casual outings.

It is worth it. There are much lower quality hotels around the world within the same star range, but this one is really good.

We had a great stay at the Ambassador Hotel. We'd booked the West Luxury hotel but they messaged and asked if we could change to this hotel with no extra cost and we were very happy.

A wonderful place to stay in Amman. All of the staff are extremely attentive. Special plaudits to Ahmad on reception, Ammar in the grill on the 17th floor and Dina at the spa.

My stay at The St. Regis Amman was truly exceptional and as I write this review, I’m day-dreaming about being back there.

Hands down, excellent location, service, accommodation, and amenities.
Indoor pool is warm and a nice size for exercise.
Gym is small, but has many things. Spa staff are lovely.

Nice hotel with friendly staff in all areas. Everyone was helpful but in particular, Shane on the front desk and Chris in the dining area went the extra mile to make sure everything was enjoyable.

Great food variety at the breakfast and dinner buffet, the rooms are nicely designed and lovely service. It also has a swimming pool and gym, which we did not use.

Excellent stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Amman Hotel & Residences — easily the best hotel in Amman for the price. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable.
What really stands out is the staff.

I used to stay in another hotel which wasn’t very bad, but at the same rate booked here and I was amazed by the difference.

I stayed at Bristol Hotel Amman, and the experience was excellent in every way. The hotel offers a high level of luxury and comfort, with truly five-star service.

Marriott in Amman is rather old and the common areas look like they are in need of a face lift especially given the price we were paying.

I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could.

I love the personal service and the whole place. The name sums it all "Grand".
I stayed at other large brands but keep coming back as I feel more like at home.

Hyatt Hotel is a great place to stay, the room is clean and comfortable and can not be heard noise during the night, services like jim and Swimming pool are great and kept very well.

Reservation was very easy, many thanks to Ms. Orabi, for helping us with the reservation, very accommodative, excellent communication and very pleasant to work with.

My stay at Mövenpick Hotel Amman was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was warm, professional, and truly five-star.

The hotel was clean (the washroom was a tad musty but that’s fine). The personnel was very helpfull but they were not very fluent english speakers.

The Hôtel is good, people are verry kind! Thé location is good! Ahmad Fdoul is a good person, verry helpful I will come back for sur.

We had a great stay here. We were upgrade to a suite with a separate living room and kitchen! There was a balcony from which we could view the mall. Separate shower and tub.

We had an amazing dinner here! The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. A special thank you to Mootez, Hamzah, and Maher – the service was outstanding.

We stayed there in our first trip to Aman a few weeks ago. Everything was amazing. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean, great food. I highly recommend it. We are planning to go again soon!

Great Place, highly recommended to stay in absolutely wonderful, quiet. Staff it’s all about the staff members. Breakfast changes everyday, lot’s of services to provide and make your stay easy.

Fantastic hotel. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, food is good (the Kanafeh was incredible), and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful.
