One of the most unpleasant experiences ever at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Amman, Jordan. My suite night award certificate was accepted, only to be rejected at check in. 2 employees at the front desk were rude, unprofessional and untrained. I have been Ambassador with Marriott for 5 years now, with over 800 stays in those 5 years and never received such hostile treatment. I voiced my dissatisfaction and their response was this all we got take or leave it. Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel is a disgrace to all 5 stars hotels.

Coffee breaks had great food and staff were helpful.

Great hotel with friendly atmosphere. Warm welcome by the hotel staff. A very cooperative team and nice and friendly employees. I had a great time and I enjoyed the stay. Looking forward to staying again in the hotel.

I only had a gym pass and it's one of the nicest gym. The fitness center staff and manager are very courteous and inspiring to be healthy. Would love to join again waiting for a special promotion. The outside pool is good as well.

Fitness spa is a zone above all praise.
The pool outside, the pool inside, the Jacuzzi, the changing rooms are wet and dry sauna, showers, toilets are super, everything is clean.
Individual boxes on the digital code, there are large towels.
Cooler with water.
A rest and relaxation room with cold drinks.
Near the pool cafe-restaurant, you can order food and drinks.

This used to be one of Amman's fancy hotels. It is loosing that title for two reasons: one, many new fancy hotels popped up in Amman. Two, this hotel needs some serious renovations. The staff is still super good and friendly but staff can't make a very old toilet seat turning yellow better. There was rust in the bathtub. The carpets were starting to smell. Fix this hotel up and get it back to its previous glory.

Having to leave early, we asked for the breakfast basket (paid during the reservation) and they provided a toast with fried egg the night before, a banana and a fruit juice… From the poor…

Wonderful accommodations. Extremely helpful, friendly, courteous and professional staff. Great facilities and restaurants. Stayed for a week last summer and again just last week. No complaints, only praises. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Jordan from New York. Highly recommended!

They have the best staff. Extremely accommodating and care about their customers having the best experience staying there. The room was very clean. The gym and spa center is also a must visit.

Service is good, cleanliness in the room left no cleaning supplies, Wi-Fi bad, you're left only with the coverlet, one has to complain to the concierge.

I’ve visited the spicy garden restaurant over Christmas lunch along with the family, the service was great and food was outstanding, it was the right choice to celebrate such event, I would definitely visit this place again and again …

It's cozy, luxurious and the food is delicious but the location doesn't help to do an outdoor activities and the facilities don't help to check in it.

A truly classy hotel. And, tough to beat for Amman's 1st (or 2nd) best; at worst second runner-up. To me, Al-Nabil has always been Amman's best, albeit that was before 4Seasons and Fairmont showed up in town (though Al-Nabil has not relinquished the belt yet).

This was a great location for a business conference. The facilities were perfect for the number of attendees involved. The various meeting rooms were good size for the breakout sessions. The food was very good at all of the various events!

Very beautiful place, service is always great, food and beverages are yummy, people there is totally different than any other 5 star hotel in Amman, thank you for being Sheraton.

Fantastic hotel. I normally check in around 10am and the hotel is always ready to receive me. As a Marriott platinum member I was upgraded from a nice room to a 2-bedroom junior suite. Their restaurant is good for both breakfast and lunch. At the back of the 2nd floor they have a terrific Italian/steak house. They have by far the best gym facility I have seen it comprises an entire floor, with a n Olympic size indoor pool and a fantastic outdoor pool. This hotel is centrally located surrounded by a number of restaurants and a local hospital. There is a shopping center a few blocks away. I would highly recommend the Sheraton hotel to anyone visiting Amman.

Amazing and elegant. The breakfast buffet was excellent and very diverse. Their staff is sincerely attentive. The whole place looks inviting no matter where you are. Exceeded my expectations by far.

My stay at The Sheraton Amman is by far and away above the best experience I have ever had whilst staying in five star hotels. The staff were cooperative, friendly and were at my assistance whenever needed. The food was outstanding and whenever I wanted to change an item on the menu to suit my tastes the chefs always obliged. I will continue to stay at this outstanding hotel whenever I am in Amman.

Absolutely amazing hotel! The staff is so helpful and kind. They cater to your every need. The rooms are very comfortable and the size is great. We stayed here for 10 days and found no problems. The staff gave us a lot of helpful info about the town and how to get around. The location of the hotel is great. Very close to many restraunts and small shops. The Galleria mall is also about a 20 minute walk away. It was an amazing stay and we hope to visit again soon.

I was there for a wedding party, it was nice. Good food and service, it's annoying that you have to give your car to valet.

This is no exception to a typically excellent brand. Great hotel and easy to get too. Fairly modern feel and rooms are great.

The data projector resolution in event is too bad No parking in the area. You have to use valet service.

The name Sheraton belongs to the top quality of hotels and I need to say it was my pleasure to stay here more then one week. Spice Bar offers as traditional food from the middle east as well the Europe food. But it is shame to miss the Lebanon kitchen! Rooms are nice, clean and big enough. The pool at 5th is amazing. I like the hotel architecture it is strange combination of modern and traditional culture. Enjoy the Sheraton H&T in Amman!
