Great service with very pleasant staff.

I highly recommend a stay here, the staff are always polite and so very obliging of any request.

I was part of a corporate event in the four seasons hotel Amman and I had a display booth on May 23 and 24, 2022. At the end of the event, I politely asked one of the hotel staff for a trolley or a cart of sort, so I can move my belongings to the car (three pot plants and two empty plant pots, three boxes of a4 papers, a five — level paper stand, 20 chemistry bottles of different sizes, three recycling bins and more). The guy without hesitation answered saying No, we can't get you a cart. I was surprised and explained to him that I have too many things, and it will take me several trips back and forth, his response was quote "so what, do you want me to carry them on my back? " I asked to see his manager, the manager walked to me already with an attitude and before hearing me out he started with the question, what's your name? I said Sari, he said, quote again "listen to me Sari, by the book, we don't have to help you with anything, we are not required to worry about you or how you get your things out, if I want to help you then I will do it only because of good will. " I said okay, are you going to help me or not? He explained that he cannot help as all the carts are occupied.

You want a beautiful, elegant, quiet place, excellent service and delicious food. Four Seasons and a point.

Looks good to me and has a nice looking view and the staff are friendly.

Made a reservation on Tuesday (for Friday) they called me on Thursday to confirm and I did. I called them on Friday to delay the reservation 10 minutes and they also confirmed it. When I arrived they told me that there was no reservation and no one tried to help or find a solution at all. The staff is very rude.

Service is just great in all hotel areas. I loved their foyer lounge; very nice atmosphere, amazing hospitality, food and service by Murad. My number 1 recommendation for a nice calm outdoor place in Amman!

Massive rooms. Hotel will not arrange a taxi for you. Need to arrange own transport or make use of their limo service at a very expensive rate.

I had my engagement this Thursday and I cant but do justice to the amazing and wonderful staff who cared for every tiny detail making my memory exceptional! Amazing spirit, very helpful team from planning to decorations to the exquisite food that everyone complimented until the very moment I left the hotel. Thank you Four Seasons and specifically Heba Abu Saad, Yazan Smairah and the waiters for taking so much care of us and our guests.

We had our wedding here a couple months ago & we absolutely loved the staff, service, food & everything! Every time we visited they were super friendly and welcoming.

Very nice hotel rooms with EXCEPTIONAL water pressure. The staff always remained attentive and available to your needs without being overbearing and uncomfortable. The free breakfast has a good variety and egg bar to make as you wish. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is not the nicest for a leisurely walk but the hotel has a good gym with a variety of equipment. The spa is well worth it if you have time.

Very impressive and luxurious hotel. Very expensive as well. Recommend for billionaire friends and the millionaires also. Food is really good 7 stars.

Great Hotel Everything you would expect from a four seasons. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly. Lovely pool and a great choice of restaurants. Especially enjoyed the outdoor lounge area. Beds are beyond comfortable, Well maintained and extremely hospitable. Pre-arrival communication was excellent. Valet car parking was always immediate and taxis always on hand.

Beautiful hotel! Free breakfast, clean rooms. Lovely staff what’s not to love! I personally think this is the best hotel in Amman. I felt safe and relaxed the entire stay. The food was incredible. The spa was very nice! I recommend staying here if you’re going to Jordan to see Petra.

Clean rooms, it has all the accessories that you may need in your stay. They provided a crib for our 3months old baby in addition to some diapers and baby shampoo! Room service was excellent and check in and check out were very smooth. The breakfast is good, but not good enough for the four seasons. The service at the breakfast was very slow and insufficient. The hotel entrance is not wheelchair accessible.

This Four Season Hotel entrance is very elegant, On first glance they have a lots of personal (staff) available till you need something. I was sitting on the lounge for 3 hours just to have pizza the customer service was so bad that I got up and left with out the desert. They had 4 staff on the restaurant but they would pass by say that they would comeback and would take 20 minutes before I could see them again. I made a suggestion to the manager at the time of the incident. He insisted that the food be complementary because of the wait. I decline it and he insisted that the food was complementary as it turned out upon check out the food had been changed to the room and I paid it. My stay in this hotel was for 2 days but they made a mistake and cancel my access card entry to my room and did not clean the room for such. The hallway in which my room was located smell and even though our room was smoke free all the sheets and pillows smelled like cigarette smoke. I do have to say in fairness the the location is very nice and security personal very professional. I have stayed in a few Four Season Hotel since they are one of my favorite hotels but I will not be staying I this hotel ever again. I hope this helps good luck.

The property is dated which is evident by the condition of the rooms. The TVs, phones and furniture are old. On a good note the service was great and dthr restaurants made great food. For the price I recommend a more modern property.

Amazing … their health club n restaurants are awesome. Room service needs some improvement. Rooms are nice and spacious with full of amenities.

Excellent service while we were there! Very friendly staff especially in the ground floor restaurant and the spa. The pool is very beautiful and the amenities/facilities are clean and well kept. The beds were the comfiest of my trip!

One of Amman's land marks, luxury hotel with spacious upscale rooms. It has several restaurants with indoor and outdoor seating, food is very good and service is excellent. There is a great spa offering signature treatments, and a well equipped gym indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Pricey hotel but good value for money.

This hotel is very classy but be aware they do allow smoking in some public areas (typical of most places). Rooms are very luxurious. Service is exceptional. Hotel is not in walking distance to anything of note that we could find but they have excellent taxi service just for this hotel.

Am one of the Fourseasons amman hotel customers and I visited the five sense loaunge yesterday with my friend and was surprised by the bad service. Unfortunately, the staff there were very slow to answer and bad to deal with and after seeing this situation, I asked about the general manager or their supervisor but I did not find any response. I hope take an action about the bad services at this amazing hotel and am really sorry coz I wont visit that place again.

It is the perfect hotel for travelers even if one is staying only for 1 night. Perfect bed and pillows; excellent and prompt customer service; good food; various amenities inside hotel; very friendly and hospitable staff.
One comment though on breakfast — coffee or tea takes long to deliver to the table whereas in other hotels, these are either already at the table or right away delivered after 5 minutes or less after placing order.

The spa is the best in Amman. From the moment you’re received till you leave, you’re pampered as you would want to.

Visited their Spa for a head and shoulders massage. It's pricey but absolutely worth it. Professional soothing massage done by experienced staff, and you can come earlier to use sauna and steam to relax before your massage. Keeps me coming back. Love it.

Very good hotel and well maintained. Pool was relaxing and La Capitale restaurant is a nice French cuisine. Shisha lounge is nice in the evening.

Although it is a 5 star hotel I attended several occasions there the food was different each time depends on the level of the occasion not according to the hotel standards.

I was in five it's the bad restaurant in world, the staff unfriendly, bad attitude, bad staff, I will never come back.

Hotel Fourseason Amman is now badly managed. Service in restaurants/coffee shop is not to its level as before. Bathrooms missing being clean and paper for toilet seat. I was surprised to be served half full cup of coffee yesterday! Served expensive bottle of water without giving us the choice which water!

No matter where I'm at in the world, I'm always at home in a Four Seasons.
Yet, this particular hotel and me feeling even more so. The staff is as friendly, accommodating and gracious as you would come to expect from a Four Seasons, but somehow I felt even more welcomed, and having the opportunity to travel during Ramadan gave me one of the most extraordinary dining experiences I think I've ever had within the hotel's premier restaurant. The extraordinary feast had me smiling, laughing and indulging in every bite of every exquisite presentation that was placed upon my table.
The hotel was every bit as wonderful as the destination itself.

They are supportive. However noted that the bathroom sink wasn't clean, some grime was on the drain. Also I wish hotels would keep the "moved items" as they are : I might bring forward the trash or change the place of the tissue box… But four seasons know how to make you feel comfortable.

On my wedding Day the promise me a lots of thing that they never did, even I pay a lot of money and I pay the whole amount they ask me! and not only that they stole from me things that I bring the day before my wedding and just told me Ohh! Things are broken and we throw it away! OMg of course I don't believe that…

The only thing it got from "Four Seasons" is the name! The staff are not so friendly & welcoming, you feel like you've been judged! The coffee shop doesn't have common dessert available 24hr! However, the duty manager Mr. Adel was really a "Four Season"s material.
