Great hotel, fantastic spa, heated indoor pool, state of the art gym, great restaurants — and the best was my suite upgrade. Take a look.

Top notch concierge service from Clemence, who went well above just offering great service. We found her warm, friendly and helpful when we needed someone to direct us. What a valuable and dependable person you have in Clemence! The entire experience was wonderful, as no detail was missed. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

Had Eid brunch at 32North, disappointed, all back to basics, we see this kind of food anywhere and everywhere. Nothing special apart from risotto with truffle and salmon. Desert station so common, all deserts made with cream in cups like tiramisu, cheesecake, muhallabeya with mango were melted, carrot cake was over decorated, over focus on colors. Good to highlight local produce like olives and white cheese, but there
were about 8 or more plates of various olives at the starters station, 5 kinds of white cheese, Indian lime pickles a couple of dishes,, cold meat salad was so hard.

The prawns cocktail, salmon and quinoa salad were nice.

The orchids in the lobby were beautiful.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming, however; in the restaurant some staff
uniforms were not as we used to see them, some suits as if they were sleeping in them, others did not fit.

We had a site visit for an upcoming event at Zara expo today, and we had to sit in the lobby lounge to discuss few things.
we sat there for almost an hour, no one came to take our order and when we called one of the staff members he gave us a head nod and never came so we had to leave because the service was extremely poor!

I loved the room. It was clean, tidy and luxurious. The worst part was the food, really bad quality there were varieties but if you stayed for more than one day you will find the same food the next day.

Easy you feel the atmosphere of 5 stars hotel Stuff are good and smiling always One negative point that they take a long time to bring you your car.

Amazing service, good food, the bar outside is so nice and Chan he took care of us and remember all the small details about us. Little thins makes me really happy with the place. The staff was amazing. The staffs at the swimming and the gym was so good. I never seen at any hotel. They are always active and wants to help you all the time. Good location. Nice hotel.

Wonderful hotel and staff. Beware of hidden ATM fees if you are a foreigner though. This had nothing to do with the hotel but I would check every ATM you use. I would stay here again anyway.

Rooms good. Pool good. Gym good. Service worst. Had lots of service issues. Also lots of hidden costs including 10% service charge (note: not service tax but charge extra to service tax) on room rent. Don't be surprised when you will see huge room amount than promised when you will check out.

Excellent place to stay for business purpose or vacation or with family & friends.

While the rooms have seen better times (still OK though) the staff is excellent! Not a single request, issue or problem which they don’t solve within the shortest time! Bending over backwards or going the extra mile is what others may (or may not) due. The Hyatt folks are just downright courteous, helpful, authentic.
Can’t wait to get there again!

Great hotel, staff very friendly. 32° north is a wonderful restaurant. If you are in Amman highly recommend staying here. Also Osama who runs the hertz rental car is the best we rented a car and driver (Tamer) for the day drove us to the dead sea and back then drove us around Amman and took us to many place and showed us an AMAZING time thanks so much to all the staff.

Unfortunately, below my expectations. The receptionists are not talking the truth about the availability of the rooms. In addition they do not have enough information about Ramadan iftar. Sorry for this. The rest of the hotels facilities are good.

Very rich breakfasts, family atmosphere very comfortable rooms, attentive staff and dedicated.

Food was great with a variety of choices. Same with drinks but buffet could be e tended through 9 p m instead if 6 — 8 p m. Service was also excellent. Attentive, courteous, friendly and helpful. Very nice view by the window. Kudos to Grand Hyatt@

Requested a quiet room but last night doors banging at all hours and now some party going on outside my room until midnight. So not impressed.

Staying at the Grand Hyatt at the end of our Jordan trip was the perfect way to finish a great holiday. The General Manager, Harum Dursum, was very accommodating, provided great service, and went out of his way to make sure we felt welcomed! The rooms and facilities were top-notch and did not disappoint. I would highly recommend people staying here when in Amman!

As a senior marketing officer at OFFTEC one of the biggest trading companies in Jordan; we have a lot of Events throughout the year and Grand Hyatt Amman was one of the best hotels that I have dealt with, because of its: Helpful staff, excellent hospitality, delicious menu, suitable location, professional banqueting employees and convenient meeting rooms. Was only here for an engagement party. Incredible set up for the party. Food was also insanely great.

The hotel is great, rooms are comfortable and nice. The staff are super nice. However I wasn’t impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The toiletries provided were old and used. It seems they don’t conduct regular maintenance to make sure everything is in good condition.

Attended as a wedding guest. The place is nice and the staff were helpful. The ballroom is beautiful but the buffet is stale and drinks were not particularly fresh or even cold. With little improvement it could get a t stars rating.

Happy and nice hotel. Shame about the separate security building but I understand why.

A larg authentic hotel that keeps it's legacy alongside with modern technology. The grand ballroom is spacious and perfect for large events The stuff is professional and well trained.

My stay here was an experience of a lifetime! Day trips to Petra and the Dead Sea was all amazing. The food was super good! Rami Subhi the outlet manager was so proud of his property and it showed with the service my family and I received. Fresh fragrant flowers everywhere even in our suite, local wine, and amazing views made our stay truly memorable. Thank you Grand Hyatt Amman!

Very expensive and luxury hotel. Impressive security. Not very clean and restaurants are unrealistically expensive and can not be considered "5 star by good quality.

Had company meetings there not so good, but my engagement party was good.

I haven't stayed in this hotel. But, I had a business meeting in their lobby and it was a bad experience. Someone was painting with customers around, the smell was really annoying. Staff asked us to switch tables because the one we were using was reserved although they failed to put a reserved sign on it. Moreover, people around us were smoking despite the no smoking signage! It's really sad that public health codes and laws are broken inside such a prestigious organisation.

I do not expect toothbrushes are not provided. If you are checking in this hotel, you may need to prepare amenities by yourself. Room is OK, not very new but not old at all. Internet connection is fair. Number of TV channels is good enough to spend an evening alone. Things I do not like is the shower, maintenance is definitely needed. Hot water is not coming out until you turn it on for a minute or two. They have hanging sign for "Privacy" but I think better to have the sign "Cleanup is needed" as well. Staffs are attentive, nice, helpful and resourceful. At this cost it is one of the best choices you could have. Breakfast on Sunday was excellent, but it is terrible today (Monday). Obviously the quality of everything from baked tomatoes to mushrooms went bad this morning, but they were all brilliant yesterday! The Italian restaurant is good, nice staffs, good food.

Evaluation for the F&B service; good service, the quality of food is okay, I was shocked when I saw a verry local brand of juice served as a high end product!. Honesty of service and quality of products should be considered over the profits line! I was disapointed.

Centrally located (3rd Circle), with white glove service that will cater to your ever whim. Starting at check-in, the front desk answered all my questions, including following-up the next morning on some of my concerns. The rooms don't have the greatest views, but my bed was a delight, and the bathroom exquisite. If you're able to get to the Club Lounge, the staff there really shine. A nice assortment of drinks (including the alcoholic variety) and snacks keep you going between meals.

This recently renovated hotel (following a 2005 suicide bombing and another facelift in 2011) is ideally located in 3rd Circle. Hosting the city's best Asian and Italian restaurants, the outdoor hookah/cigar bar is a magnet for well heeled Jordanians and expats alike. The sea of marble that greets you upon entry is stunning without being over the top, and lets you know immediately you are in a luxury hotel. The included breakfast is decadent with local delights such as watermelon juice, foul (bean paste), and locally sources olives and vegetables. It also offers every American breakfast item imaginable. If you want to leave Amman outside and feel at home in the hotel, this is an ideal option.
