Good price comparing to the other dead sea resorts. Big rooms, well equipped, and with an amazing staff. I highly recommend it!

There are such free facilities as three swimming pools (for women, men and babies), tennis table and even billiard pool.

Quite, clean & comfortable, big rooms, a great swimming pool, nice views, great spots to chill out at th balconies, terrace or near the swimming pool.

AC could have been better and overall cleanliness.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, but what truly made the difference was the outstanding support from the night manager, Qasem Khaled.

The staff was very accommodating, kind, and attentive. We had breakfast and dinner included; which was delicious and well prepared. Definitely a 5 star experience.

I stayed at the hotel over New Year’s Eve and had a great experience. Everything was very well organized during the holiday, and the atmosphere was special.

My husband and I loved our time here. The experience of covering each other in mud from the Dead Sea and floating in it for the first time was so much fun! And our skin felt baby soft for days.

The location is absolutely amazing — right in the center and close to everything you might need. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable.

My experiences are wonderful. The hotel is in a great location in the old part of the city, across from the Roman theater. The rooms are nicely furnished, clean and well maintained.

Chef Mama and Chef Roz are true masters of flavor; their food is a beautiful work of art. Beyond the delicious cuisine, the hotel is stunning, spotless, and perfectly located.

Great value for money. The room is good for the price, the service is great, and the staff are very kind.

Great stay with excellent service. Special thanks to the respectful hotel driver, Mr. Hassan, who gave us an amazing city tour. Truly a wonderful experience.

Radisson Blu Hotel Amman.
I stayed there for two nights. The first night was a bad experience due to the reception staff and the room I requested.

This Hotel is really nice. In very good condition and well maintained. I like the big rooms, the quiet Area big Gym and nice SPA. Pool was closed at my visit but looks nice.

We have had the most beautiful stay. The amenities are of the best quality and have found the staff so lovely and friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay special.

Unbelievable property. It is a large property with several restaurants, shops, and pools. And of course the beach on the Dead Sea. This hotel is 100% guest-satisfaction oriented.

Honestly one of the best hotels in Amman!. The service the staff the cleanliness is all so great. The breakfast was good, Chef Naqaa alsmadi has done some amazing job.

The bowling alley offers a fun and relaxed environment that’s suitable for families, friends, or casual outings.

It is worth it. There are much lower quality hotels around the world within the same star range, but this one is really good.

We had a great stay at the Ambassador Hotel. We'd booked the West Luxury hotel but they messaged and asked if we could change to this hotel with no extra cost and we were very happy.

Helpful staff, good breakfast, clean.
They could inform guests at the reception that hot water takes some time to heat up, as it took quite a while before we could have a hot shower.

It's the kind of hotel that looks good in the pictures. The staff tries to be kind. The receptionist is kind and polite too but poor breakfast, small rooms, superficial cleanliness at least mine.

A wonderful place to stay in Amman. All of the staff are extremely attentive. Special plaudits to Ahmad on reception, Ammar in the grill on the 17th floor and Dina at the spa.

My stay at The St. Regis Amman was truly exceptional and as I write this review, I’m day-dreaming about being back there.

Indoor pool is warm and a nice size for exercise.

I’ve spent meaningful time at The Ritz-Carlton Amman over the past two years, including extended stays, and it’s a place I’ve come to associate with calm, reliability, and genuine care.

Kind and helpful people! I had the pleasureto meet Sabr, who was my driver though the whole trip. From Amman to Petra to Wadi Rum and back. He was soo kind and helpful.

The hotel was really in the middle of the old city of Amman and even if we stayed only 1 night, Yahia (the receptionist) was really helpful and gave us many suggestions where to go/eat and explore!

Nice hotel with friendly staff in all areas. Everyone was helpful but in particular, Shane on the front desk and Chris in the dining area went the extra mile to make sure everything was enjoyable.

We had a great stay at this hotel. All of the staff were lovely, kind and very helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. We overlooked the pool area which was nice and quiet.

I cannot praise the hotel staff enough. They went out of their way to help us with our crappy rental car. At 4am in the morning, they found jumper cables and another car to start our broken battery.
