Great location for me (business trip) ; right in the middle of the action for banking legal etc. Room was on the small side but it's Tokyo and the price was fair.

Very well located near tokyo station with a lobby and restaurant on the 27th floor and rooms above that, so nice view from my room. Well sound proof, no noise from outside or inside.

Excellent hotel. Rooms were modern and of a very high standard. It was quiet & clean. Service was always exemplary.
The location was perfect for access to the subway at Ginza.

I stayed here many years ago & returned to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. Shangri-La never disappoints. They have spacious room, offer excellent service & great food.

This hotel is conveniently located just steps away from the Kyobashi station. It is an easy 5 minute walk to the Takaracho station that takes you to Haneda Airport (no transfers).

Check in was fast and easy they even knew some English.
The room was nice and comfortable, shower is really amazing! I love the top waterfall shower.

This is an incredible location for access to Tokyo Station, the Palace, and Ginza. The rooms are superb and the view helps inspire and relax.

Loved our stay here. The room was a typical size for Tokyo, but very comfortable and had everything we needed, plus the lobby had extra toiletries if they are needed.

Well-spaced room for this area. Mini fridge, deep bathtub, medium hard bed, small table and chairs, and tv. No issues with sounds while sleeping from other rooms.

We were warmly welcomed at Mitsui Garden Hotel Otemachi by Yunita upon arrival. She was kind, attentive and very professional, making the check in process smooth and comfortable.

Got a good deal on this on Expedia. Hotel was much better than I expected even after reading all the reviews on Google. I had to manage my kid in a stroller and luggage.

Great location with metro stop at the front door. Short 15 min walk from Tokyo station, fairly easy with suitcases. Rooms are simple and more western style. We had a twin room which did us well.

Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyobashi has quickly become one of my go-to hotels in Tokyo. I’ve stayed here twice now, and both times the service has been excellent.

Really nice hotel, close to the Ginza line which is virtually nearby all the major areas of Tokyo. Room is small but clean and well organized. Respectful staff.

Hotel Sunroute Ginza was our final hotel during the trip, and overall it was a good choice in terms of location.

We had a great two-night stay at this hotel while exploring Tokyo. The location in Ginza is excellent – close to Tokyo Station for the Shinkansen. The hotel is also near Tokyo Yaesu Bus Terminal.

Great first hotel in Japan! Very close to a number of stations and easy to access. The check in and out was very easy and English-friendly.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Booked the twin room and it was considered spacious for hotel room in Japan. We can open two large luggages, still have room for walk and a stroller.

Hotel Monterey La Soeur Ginza is a pleasant place to stay, with friendly and helpful staff, although their English skills are quite limited, which can make communication a bit challenging at times.

Stayed in a twin room with a friend between 24 and 28 Nov 25. It's a pretty small space with little room to move around, but this is only to be expected of your typical business hotel in Tokyo.
