Good location. It is near to station of several lines and surrounding had restaurants and convenient stores. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Only negative thing is the room is very small. It is the smallest room I have ever stayed on Tokyo.

My wife and I stayed here for 6 days during our first trip to Tokyo. Everything is well within walking distance and there's even a Family Mart on the corner for convenient breakfast or late-night snack. We arrived at haneda airport and took a direct Subway to a stop within a 10 minute walk of the hotel. Room size is spacious for Japanese standards though slightly smaller than Western size. The rooms are well cleaned and maintained. There is a high likelihood that my wife and I will be returning here for our next trip to Japan as the Hotel central location to transportation makes it ideal for those wanting to explore the city.

Room clean slightly small, large baggage is not spread out, with small sofa and tea table, well-equipped, near very quiet, shading effect is also good, bathroom space is good, more than two people share the price is not expensive. There are many subway stations nearby, but all have to walk a little way to reach, not far from the Tsukiji market, you can walk over to eat breakfast.

Clean and convenient, well-equipped, the only is a small point, but also a good trip to the location of business.

Very good value for money although next time we will book a superior room to have a bit more room. Do not hesitate to book with breakfast included in self service very hearty and good.

Not the worst hotel in the universe, but not anywhere near the best either. Especially, compared to its competitors in the neighborhood, the hotel guest rooms are REALLY small. Like, half, actually. The prices aren't cheaper at all, though, and there's nothing special about their customer service, too. Also the rooms are PITCH-DARK. Dark, as in, it's hard to read something. Too bad I have to give them three stars as I really like the Sunroute Kyoto Hotel, but compared to the Kyoto and Aomori branches, this hotel isn't really too great and I do not recommend it. Some of the Japanese people are saying that the rooms are too small, not very cost-effective, and sometimes not cleaned very well. I agree, to an extent. I'd give a D for room size, C for its price, and maybe a C+ for hygiene.

Good hotel a few steps from the main street of Ginza. It offers many conveniences including a free smartphone for room with local calls and internet included to be able to bring co SE.
Small rooms as in all Japanese hotels. Breakfast is good in local restaurant with Italian dishes. In the same street restaurant pizzeria of Italian cuisine quite good even if not cheapish.
Several metro lines nearby although the one connecting the nearby Tokyo train station is very far and with suitcases in tow is quite uncomfortable (take the taxi).

This is a tiny businessman's hotel that is right in the heart of Ginza. Per night is roughly USD$100 without bfast (quite reasonable considering its central location). But finding food is not a problem in this area. There are Family Mart, Lawson and 711 nearby, with super yummy take-aways and anything u might need. Rooms are tiny but very neat and clean. There is even a complimentary phone with free Wi-Fi which u can take with you while roaming the different places in Tokyo.

Friendly staff. Really helpful, I wanted to ship some parcels abroad and they helped me. Rooms are a bit small but in the center of ginza.

It is about 5 to 10 minutes walk to the closest subway. If you want some exercise, it is a nice walk to Ginza with stores on both sides of the street.

Good basic business hotel. Rooms are tiny but the location is great. The breakfast buffet is alright but you can probably find local pastries for cheaper, nevertheless it's super convenient.

Quite Good Location — 10 mins from The Access Narita Ginza bus station by walk. Small size room like other Japanese business hotel, but it was clean.

Friendly and helpful staff, high quality facilities and cleaning services. The optional buffet style breakfast was a little expensive at 1500 yen but offered a wide range of breakfast options and didn't close too early. The location is fairly close to quite a few train stations which is handy for easy access to the city train lines. There were no issues with loud neighbours or outside noise. There was an issue with poor ventilation due to only having one window but the provided high quality air-conditioning system somewhat made up for that.

I stayed a night and only utilized the room to sleep and shower. The room I slept in accommodated three comfortably if all you want is a place to sleep. The mattresses and pillows provide decent support, enough for me to sleep decently well. The entire place feels and looks like the price you pay, which is good enough for a place to spend the night.

Yeah nice place, well located. The staff were nice. The rooms weren't so spacious, but it's what you expect for the middle of Tokyo. The furnishing was lovely though.

Hotel room is comparatively bigger than the others in similar price range. Decent business trip choice. 5-8mins walking distance from Ginza 5, Mitsukoshi and Subway stations.

Room has average size for Japanese standard. Rooms are quite and mostly booked by western guests. For breakfast is western and Japanese style available. If you need the hotel can call you a taxi but it costs 410YEN. Unusual, normally it should be free of charge. Location is very good in heart of Ginza.

Clean well equipped rooms with everything you need. Great extras in the room like coffee and Tea, toiletries and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The room decor is great and the location is perfect, walking distance to the fish market and Tokyo Station.

Good hotel placed in a great part of the city. The hotel is a modern one far from old fashioned one. Rooms are not too big but not small either.

The rooms are really minimal, or even wardrobe, there are only a few hangers on the wall. The double and single rooms are exactly the same, with a double bed of 1.35. Breakfast good but not a great variety.

Nice hotel in a very convenient part of town close to Tokyo Station. Very small rooms, but everything you need is there (provided you don't have too much luggage). Breakfast is pleasant. Would stay again.

No parking at vicinity, need to park offsite for jpy 2k overnight, five minutes walk.

Great location — walkable distance to many metro stations and even Tokyo main station if you just have a carry on (10min walk). Room's style is high end and modern. The size is on the lower end but it's Tokyo's standard. Price range is above average.
