Tokyo Hotels near Ruby Palace Spa

You know what to expect as far as where you'll be sleeping, but the staff were always so helpful and patient with any questions I had and help I needed.

I stayed at this hostel a few years ago and found it very good. I recommend it and would stay there again.

Lots of snack and drink options available, the staff were all very kind and helpful. Great bang for your buck.

Used on New Year's Eve. The overall design was compact, but it was functional and the man at the reception was very accommodating.

I stayed at the room next to reception, worried about previous reviews I though it was going to be noisy but actually it was quiet.
The room and bathroom very clean.

Great hotel. Really good location and calm. Staff very friendly. Recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Shinjuku.

Simple hotel in middle of Shinjuku. They ask you to leave key at front desk when going out. Which is a bit annoying as it's on the third floor and requires to wait for the lift twice. Friendly staff.

Compared to other Japanese hotel rooms, our room was pretty spacious for two people. The bed was large and there was plenty space for our luggages and carry-ons.

Stayed here on the second floor for a total of 6 nights and had no complaints besides the showers being located in the basement. To get to the showers, you had to exit the 2nd floor dorm.

To clarify some of the previous review complaints:
We stayed on the second floor and there were bathrooms.
