Tokyo Hotels near Ruby Palace Spa

I think the hotel could have some inovation, but at the end this was hotel after a long time where I did not have any problem with a bed. Good position and easy to find.

This property is located in Shinjuku & walking distance from many places in Shinjuku.
The location is great, property has 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom with attached toilets.

The location was great and very central to most things in Shinjuku. The price was comparable to other options in the area. The onsite washer and dryer allowed us to do laundry before leaving.

Great value for money. Its not the Hilton, but it is warm and clean… although the Shower room could do with a refresh… as it looks quite "dated" if that makes sense.

Rooms are very small but the money you pay is ok for its size. You cannot place your baggages etc. As the rooms are tightly packed. Each room has refrigerator and oven apart from other toiletries…

Stayed at Bali An Hotel in Shinjuku and honestly, it exceeded expectations for the price.

I'm pleased with the hotel. The service is excellent. Beverages, coffee, and snacks are available to hotel guests 24/7, included in the room rate.

Very good hostel in an excellent location. The staff was super attentive and friendly, and everything was very clean.

A good breakfast. The beds were exceptional for a Japanese hostel. (Vertical instead of horizontal was the only complaint, but it was an important one for me). The beds were very soft.

This hotel offers clean, well-sized rooms that are perfect for couples.

Nice clean hotel with free coffee machine at the lobby. Many things are self service here like taking the bedroom slippers, toothbrush etc from the lobby upon check-in.

Hard-to-find entrance. Manager was quick to assist for any issue. Tight space consumed by large chair (could have used a smaller foldable chair instead).

Location is the best thing of this place.

This is self service accomodation. So you check in yourself at the front (in a covered area). It’s in English so it’s pretty straight forward.
They give you a room number and room code.

The self checkin was easy enough, we just got a bit confused as for the room number but it was eventually sent by email.

Great location, short 15 min walk to Shinjuku and very close to a train station if you’d prefer to take the train there.

Really cute place to have a coffee and delicious dessert / cupcake.
The pastry are delicious and well presented.

Great experience! I loved how convenient the location is and the rooms came with a little kitchen. Everything was very clean.

This is an affordable and serviceable hotel in a great location for sightseeing and hopping on a train to get around Tokyo. Loved the open tatami room setup which easily accommodated me and 5 friends.

I stayed here as a last minute accomodation not expecting much at all and was pleasantly surprised.

Really nice cheap place to stay, the room is super small but you get used to it, and the location is just perfect.

Standard APA Hotel. Service was great and location is fantastic (close to everything, including Shinjuku station, shops etc).
Rooms are very small though, especially if you’re a bit taller.

You get what you pay for. Decent sized room for a small couple. If you have heavy duty luggage then I’d avoid. If you’re travelling with backpacks you’ll have enough space.

If you’re planning to stay in Shinjuku, not far from Kabukicho, this hotel is definitely worth considering. As other reviewers have mentioned, the rooms are small.

I enjoyed my stay at this location. Rooms were cozy and perfect for a single traveler. Each of my family members had their own room and staff was able to put us on the same floor.
