This place has been a perfect stay so far! It is super clean and we feel very safe walking around. It fits 6 girls perfectly!
From C Lobo: This is our first trip to Tokyo and we found this place very clean and accessible. All instructions for the room are very clear. The rooms themselves are unique and spacious.
The location and the amenities provided are really good. The rooms are a bit small for a family of four, but thats expected. There are stairs leading up to the living room.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly. Great facilities that's worth the price for sure. I would most likely book this place again for my next trip.
Very nice! We would stay again if a non-smoking room is available. Friendly staff, good service, LOTS of free amenities, and the large room was a nice change from the tiny rooms in cheaper hotels.

For $79 a night, you can't go wrong. You'd never find something this good at this price in Australia. We just finished up a week-long stay at J-Mex.
Spectacular hotel. We should have booked more nights. Great service, very clean, tons of amenities. The Jacuzzi bath is incredible.
Okay, so I just gotta say, my stay at Hotel & Spa J-MEX in Shinjuku was seriously awesome! I had such a blast. First off, the room was way bigger than I expected, which was a huge plus.
I had a great stay in that hotel with my partner for 4 days. The size of the room is good. I was scared before coming but there is a window with a curtain between bedroom and bathroom.
