Tokyo Hotels near Ruby Palace Spa

Hotel rooms are VERY small compared to what I’m used to in the States and Korea.

Excellent location and staff. Room was great — only downside was the smell in the bathroom, as others mentioned. We didn’t find it unbearable. It just smelt like sewage back up at times.

4 stars for staff, Shun' friendly and efficient service make entire check-in process pleasant.

Strategic location with quiet and comfortable environment in this district. You can find foods or MRT transportation easily. Good for sightseeing or business trips here. Enjoy.

I had a great experience staying here—twice!
The place was clean, well-maintained, and had all the essential amenities I needed.

Thanks to the pre-check-in process, we were able to check in very smoothly on the day of our arrival!

Super clean and modern—definitely more “techy” than a usual hostel.
Room was big had everything I needed, really efficient setup.
Loved the smart home features.

The place was clean, cozy, and in a great location. The staff was friendly and made everything super easy—highly recommend!

Good location in Shinjuku. About 5 minutes to Shinjuku station and lots of dining options nearby.
Initially thought that the hotel and its rooms would be dated but everything was good and well kept.

I would like to personally recognize Kayama for her knowledge and professionalism in checking us in and extremely helpful personality she took very good care of us during our stay.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and kind staff. Everything is super clean and the service is great.
The room was a bit small but that's to be expected in Tokyo.

We were really impressed with Hotel Cen, although the rooms were not the biggest we had enough room to take out all our packing cubes and store them on the side and put our backpacks under the bed.

Small hotel but spacious room, quiet floor and efficient lift. Short walk from shin okubo station, abt 15 mins walk to Kabuki cho in Shinjuku.

On a small quiet alley 3 minutes from the very buying restaurant and shopping area. Clean and well maintained hotel with an elevator. Very firm beds and very comfortable room and shower.

Excellent stay for 7 nights! Good service and flexible for late check-in!

Location, location, location. Right in the middle of bustling Shinjuku with the Golden Gai pub strip directly behind the hotel.

This hotel exceed my expectation as it was very good value for money. Rooms were more spacious than anticipated, and were very very clean.

We had an amazing experience at Tokyu Stay in Shinjuku. The location is fantastic, with multiple convenience stores right at your doorstep and bus stops just outside the hotel.

Out of all AIRBNB'S this host is by far the best. Very thoughtful, kind and mindful. Room is well maintained, clean and easy to reach.

I was pleasantly surprised by the close proximity to everything we wanted to do and how quiet and relaxing it was staying here. We went from hustle and bustle to quaint, quiet and relaxing.

Would highly recommended this hotel. The layout, amenities and location are perfect.

Wonderfully accommodating — our family stayed in the complex with our infant for two nights. The hotel provided a cot and diaper bin.

We were a family of 4 staying in a deluxe bunk bed room and loved it. The room was small but practical and the in room washer/dryer was amazing. The staff at the lobby were welcoming by and friendly.

Great hotel in a great spot, close to everything and good sights within walking distance.

I stayed in this super cute room in Shinjuku with my family and it was great!

Great option and a great location.
Great apparent style accomodation, located close to a train station and services.
Room was clean, functional and well laid out.

Extremely clean, well thought out design for the amount of space and the apartment has everything you could possibly need. Would highly recommend! Thanks for having us☺️☺️

My partner and I recently stayed here. It was a beautiful little apartment and I found the staff to be very helpful and communicative all the way up until our stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great vibes. Clean. Roof top was nice. Showers are amazing. The people are great. Easy to navigate. I bit of a walk from the station but overall manageable.

This was hands down the best hostel experience I've ever had. All the staff were incredibly friendly, and the beds and common areas were kept super clean.

Great location! The rooms are small of course, but the price was so good we each had our own room! I was perfectly comfortable.

While it has a business hotel vibe, this is an excellent value. A short walk to a subway station and close to restaurants and nightlife, yet surprisingly quiet for the location.

Lucky Hostel was great! Easy to explore Shinjuku from there. The staff made check-in and check-out simple. The private room was cozy with a comfy bed and good air conditioning.

Lucky Hostel, Best Hostel, Cheap Hostel, Great Hostel! We loved our stay here. Friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk up the stairs. The price cannot be beat.

Very much a pleasant stay! Staffs are very helpful, convenient location and there are also rental bikes outside the hotel!

Great location with easy access to everything we needed. The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English, making communication effortless. Would definitely stay again!

The cabins were big and comfortable but the pillow was too hard. Also you have give the keys back everytime you go out. Staff weren't really friendly but apart from these the stay was comfortable.

It was an interesting experience here. It was my first time at a capsule hotel.
Check was easy at the very top floor.

The surrounding area isn’t the nicest—it’s a bit dirty by Japanese standards and quite crowded. However, a short walk takes you out of that area very easily.

The hotel was very nice. By Japanese standards, the room was spacious. The view from the window was just a wall, but we honestly didn’t mind — we didn’t come here for the views.

Wonderful overnight stay in one of the penthouse suites. View was incredible of Tokyo. Room was clean, very spacious and staff were lovely. The check in was streamlined.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Shinjuku Granbell Hotel, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone wanting to stay in Shinjuku.

Plenty of room. Great location Pros: Clear instructions and photos to guide us to the property. Cons: Nil.

I am conflicted on this review. On one hand the location is perfect less than a 10 min walk to the main action and Shinjuku station but far enough away in a peaceful setting.

Great hotel, rooms are small but very clean, lots of amenities, staff is really great! Very nice very helping. In the common area free drinks alcohol snacks and etc… this is the second time.

This hotel is a gem. Very friendly staff, they did everything to help when a language barrier was present.

Highly recommend staying here for couples looking to have a great experience in Tokyo! Do not be put off by the love hotel genre!
