We had an amazing stay here. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The location is quiet but close to lots of shopping and good restaurants. The hotel was very clean!

This hotel was good. However, the room, which was a bunk bed was very small and cramped. My daughter and I barely had enough space for our 3 luggage.

Very convenient 4 day stay in Tokio Düring our trip. The baggage lockers were full during our arrival but staff stored it in the backroom.

Great Overall experience. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The Check-in and check-out was very simple and hassle free.

The location of the hotel is really great. Close to the Chikatetsu. The check in is also fast. They have friendly staff here. The room is small but it is the most average size for a room in Tokyo.

The room space is quite small, which is expected in this area, but it’s still worth the price you pay. Everything you need is there and it’s clean and comfortable.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Hotel Tomos. From the second we arrived, the staff were beyond incredible, so kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay amazing.

This apartment is quite big as it almost feels like home. It is situated in a quiet street and there are a few small restaurants and shops closeby.

Top stay, very clean, comfortable and spacious. Has everything you need. Full apartment, with nice view of Skytree from higher floors.

Better signage to this building might be useful as we saw a few couples getting lost as they could not find the entrance or they went to the main hotel.

This is a charming hotel in the middle of very busy Asakusa. It is a shoes off and tatami mat floors. The onsen is really a good little find, with plenty of baths to choose from.

We had a family room with a river view, both were excellent.

I am so pleased to stay in Mimaru Tokyo Asakusa Station. The staff are so nice, friendly, accommodative and attentive. We stayed there for a total of nine nights.

Kaminarimon Ryokan was such a fabulous place to stay. The view over the Kaminarimon Gate was amazing, especially at night when we could sit in our room and enjoy a little people-watching below.

This is a great hotel in the heart of asakusa, and within walking distance to subways, senso-ji temple, asakusa sumo club, etc. The hotel also has great views of the skytree, which is pretty at night.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our entire two-week trip to Japan.

Had a great and comfortable stay! I got a room with 2 twin beds, which was bigger than your typical Tokyo shoebox room (APA hotels). Enough space to feel comfortable and leave your suitcases open.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in a two bed twin room. The room is small which wasn’t an issue because we were out most of the day. The room was clean and warm for December.

Staying at the Far East Village Hotel in Asakusa was a very pleasant experience.

I came with my two kids and had a lovely experience staying here. We had a truly memorable trip in Japan with my boy losing his phone on a bus.

It was my first time visiting Tokyo from 14–19 February 2026.

Room was quite small normal in hotels in Tokyo. The staff was great and very friendly. The location is very near to Asakusa Ginza line only 5 mins walk, also near to 7-11 and Daily convenient stores.

Everything was beautiful and spotlessly clean.
The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient for the metro, shopping, temples, and restaurants. Everyone was extremely polite.

Love this room. The standard is there. Room is of reasonable size. Bedsheets is smooth and standard hotel bed sheets. Bed is firm and comfortable.

It’s in a great location and we personally loved the chill neighbourhood. It’s really well connected and the staff is very kind. The rooms are clean, cozy and ours had a private bathroom.

Definitely deserving more than its 2-star designation on Google and other sites.

The location was fabulous, a short walk to the Main Street and temples, river walk and train stations. Enough room for 4 people, a dining table, balcony and it was very clean and quiet.

Great location in Asakusa. The treats were a nice touch. Bed was very comfy and air conditioning actually worked. Small fridge and microwave were nice to have and apartment was very clean.

Great location. Hotel is nice too. Food we did not explore but good restaurants around the area. We had the room with a view of Tower and Senso-ji temple. Really loved our place.
