Look no more you just found the nicest Hotel, I have stayed there twice now, a recommendation from our Japanese friends.

Vintage style 5star hotel. Service was top notch. Could use a makeover. Location was prime — walking distance to Ginza and many delicious restaurants nearby. Close to the train station.

A great hotel Amazing hospitality, service, food, amenities, conference facilities and people.

Rooms were small, the usual Tokyo size it was hard to open all your luggage at the same time. Staff was always present if you need help even with your umbrellas.

We stayed here three nights in a comfort double room.
The room was decently sized, maybe because of the type but it was also a corner room so that may have helped.

Service is top notch! The hotel itself is very nice, the rooms were cozy.

This ibis was in a great location close to the best shops and station. The room was comfortable and the onsein on site was great to use.

We are currently staying at The Celestine Ginza in Tokyo for our honeymoon, and the experience has been absolutely wonderful.

Just finished a 9 night stay for 3 in their Triple room, a very affordable option in Ginza.

The experience was nothing short of Amazing from the buffets, to the executive lounge, to the kindness of the front desk to the extremely detailed room service.

Celebrated my wedding minimoon for the stay and the location was fairly decent, 5 mins walk to nearest shimbashi station which was well connected, and walkable to Ginza for shopping as well.

Our first trip to Japan began in Tokyo, and staying at the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi was the perfect introduction.

Location is just perfect. Close to train stations, shops and restaurants. Rooftop restaurants is top nich. Rooms are up to date and really nice. I would definitely stay there again.

We had an exceptional stay with our twin infants. The hotel’s commitment to families is unmatched—they provided cribs, high chairs, and even a bottle washer, which made our logistics seamless.

This has been the best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff is extremely nice. The vibe is absolutely Japanese. Everything is so clean. The hot spring is very relaxing.

I stayed here for ten days and on my last day I got a light flu, because of this I wanted to check out late on my last day and the front desk, H Miyazawa, was extremely helpful in making that happen.
