Number of rooms: 7
This is the best accomodation in Japan so far!
First: the host and the cafe staff are really kind, available, flexible, and lovely.
Second: the neighborhood is litrle residential and quiet (which is good! ) but it has EVERYTHING U NEED. Close to: station, fish market, supermarket, restaurant, everything u need, good cheap sushi! Also, nice neighborhood to walk around :)
Third: they don’t have beds, rhey have kind of rooms! They are so big, you can even stand up. There is space even for your suitcase. Feels like home. Also, rhey have in the same room toilets, showers and kitchen all is so clean. The living room small but cozy and perfect!
Fourth: the coffee in the morning is the best. You can leave your suitcase in the hostel at chdck in and check out.
Fifth: the host hosted me litrle bit before my check in time becuse I had issue at airport and he welcomed me like family.
Price? Super good! What else? This is not an hostel but a house, and I reccomend 100% everybody visiting Tokio to come here and stay! Even long term.
Thank you to the owner and the staff. See you soon ♥️
I stayed here for one week. It was great, clean, quiet and everyone I met was very kind. Plenty of space and I enjoyed the outdoor seating the most. I will stay again!

Me and my mom stayed here in one of their private rooms (it's only for females btw) and here's what I think the pros and cons are.
Pros: clean, spacious, kind owner, you have a private quarter, shared kitchen, shared living room, Wi-Fi, close to a train station/mall/market/cafe/restaurants, offers free brewed coffee every morning, you can cook/heat your food, price is cheap compared to other accommodations.
Cons:
-you can hear the train every time it passes but it gets quiet pass midnight (train's non operating hours)
-it is 1 hr away from the famous shibuya and nearby areas and 30 mins away from asakusa.
-Not good for couples since they don't allow males (it is a female dorm accommodation)
-The Wi-Fi suddenly stopped working (no internet connection) this is around 2-3 am in the morning so I did not bother asking them but I encountered it twice or trice (I am using my laptop so internet is quite important to me) I suggest to have an extra pocket Wi-Fi or data plan as a back up.
-The train station is not under the Tokyo subway pass so a suica card is still needed. (I was trying to get the most of the card but only realized it late that I could not use it 😆)
But overall we had an amazing and relaxed stay. The owner also reply immediately whenever you have concerns. I will definitely recommend it to others if given a chance ☺️
