I'm not sure what everyone here is talking about with a cleaning fee, maybe the person that owned the room I stayed in was different since I was in 103. I cleaned up all my trash when I left and wasn't charged anything extra.
The room was small but that's to be expected in Japan and it was enough for what I needed, considering that I was travelling alone. The host kept in contact with me when I had questions, like how to turn on the hot water, and the location is a short walk from two subway stations. It was a really enjoyable two weeks and if I had to book this room again I would.
Extra hidden “cleaning fee”? Why not try to be more transparent with your prices. You have show everything we have to pay, don’t just charge us when we are already there and have already booked.

Very close to the train station. And very close to asakusa and sky tree. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful. I would recommend staying here. 😁 the rooms are clean and more spacious than normal in Tokyo.
