We somehow ended up with a large family room (I think they lost our booking and upgraded us for free). The hotel was clean, spacious and comfortable and conveniently located. Breakfast was a strange combo of western and Japanese but was nice enough. There seemed to be tonnes of complimentary items which was a really nice touch — free razorz, snacks and facemasks.

Super awesome staff and very clean. Breakfast is pretty good and it's easy to find and get to from Shinjuku station. Rooms are the usual Japanese small size, I've stayed in the granbell and this is pretty much the same as the 4 star line up in the area. I'd stay here again!

Hotel super well located close to the train station (10mins walking). Room was small but OK. Staff was great and breakfast super good. I would recommend.

Hotel with all the comforts. Small rooms but clean and tidy. Ball Pillow But you can choose to change it. Full breakfast with both Oriental and Western options. If you want to leave the suitcases at reception they have no place but they keep them elsewhere for a small fee.

Room within the Tokyo standard. Well equipped (important to take pillow of the q dan at reception). Full breakfast and close to Shinjuku Station, only q hard to get to. As a very positive data, if you arrive before check-in time they keep your bags and put them in your room! And since it goes by code you don't have to pick up the key later or anything.

The hotel is close to the station, about 15 minutes. The room was clean and well sized to be Japan. The breakfast was very good.

It's a great hotel to use when you are exploring the local area. Be prepared for a very small room. The bed is pretty comfy and so are the pillows. However if you need a different type of pillow you can pick one up from downstairs. The breakfast is very good and has a decent selection.

Be prepared for a very small room. Enough for the bed and a small desk. Just enough room to open a small suitcase on the floor. Bed is comfortable. Room was very clean and fresh towels are brought to the room every day. Clean and functional bathroom, do not expect any counter space though. Included breakfast is very good, does include croissants and other pastries. Sits just north of all the fun stuff to do in kabukicho. 10 to 15 minutes walking to shinjuku station, good location. If you just need a place to spend the night and don't care about the room size, it's a good choice.

Located in Shinjuku the Hotel is well placed, close to the metro station. Do not expect wide rooms but like most of the place in Japan, all are well equipped full of confort. All around the hotel you can find in the main Street, restaurant, pubs and plenty attractions. No matter the noise the hotel result to be quite during the night and you won't be disturb by the street life. Recommended.

The room space is very small, the price is cheap, but the function is good, the self-service laundry, the bath tub, even also has the breakfast, too value. The location is in Kabuki-cho, the nightlife is very rich.

About 10 minutes on foot from JR Shinjuku station But in Shinjuku, it's this room that's going to find CP high.

Convenient location, quiet and bright, simple new net, breakfast is very satisfied, there is a laundry room, there are free small daily necessities to provide ladies, quite good, next time to Tokyo can live again.

The room service is very intimate, even the baggage bandage is placed in the counter can borrow, the whole is also dry net, quiet, the most important thing is to have all kinds of pillow election, so that the journey to recognize the pillow without worries. Big Push!

Convwniently located. Small rooms with adjoining bathroom but very comfortable and free breakfast to start your busy sightseeing day. Staff are very helpful and hotel has a good onsen after a busy day.

Hard to find but really food amenities for the price. Keep in mind these are Japanese style rooms so they're quite a bit smaller than other countries. If you're willing to check out the space efficiency it's a great place to stay.

Nice hotel to stay. Rooms are bigger than advertised so we were surprised given that it's a hotel near downtown Shinjuku. The buffet breakfast that was included in our accommodation is pretty decent as well.

Pretty good place. Meets all the basic requirements of a tourist hotel. My only complain is the phone is outside the hallway.

The location was a little tricky — narrow alleys leading to the hotel but it was conveniently located. The room was exactly what we needed, nothing extra, and the service was great. Laundry on the 2nd floor. Breakfast every morning and it was very filling!

Quite a small room compared to the others I have visited, and the hotel itself is pretty small in size. Service was straightforward with zero frills. The onsen is small but gets the job done for the sake of a hot spring. The breakfast wasnt fancy but was tasty and plentiful. Two words. No Frills.

The hotel itself is awesome. It is near a train station and can access the rest of Tokyo easily. I am not a fan of the area it is in. Near the red light district, the air outisde the hotel seemed a bit dirty and smelled of trash which was very off-putting when I first arrived. If you can deal with that though the hotel was very good and had a hardy breakfast to start the day.

This is the 1st time I'm told not to wear the disposable slippers provided out of A hotel and to wear my own shoes. Firstly, the slippers stated that it's free and we can take it whenever we want. Why didn't you stop me when I came out from the lift? There are 2 of u unfriendly staffs at the counter and u have to wait for me to walk out standing there before rushing me in. That's not all. You don't even allow me to sit at the reception waiting area! Can you wait? I'm like a scuttling rat rushing don't know for what crime I have done! Is it a disgrace? Since when have I become a representative to your hotel? Do I get a free stay? Oh please. I would even reject 1 year of stay here. But thanks for such ridiculous experience. Be grateful that the location is near stellar but not as awesome as Hotel Gracery. And oh. I did stay there before with no problems. Enjoy the incoming more and more bad reviews of small, hot bec. Cannot adjust aircon and controlling staffs reviews! Oh and 1 very very last thing. Your Wi-Fi is not running 56k: it doesn't work at all.

Great stay, very convenient location, the staff is really friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is very new and there is plenty of dining options around, to the north is Korea town with great restaurants.

Great place if you need a place to crash in Shinjuku. Clean facilities, large bathing area and buffet breakfast in the morning.

Thousands of Nations don't fault over the Massage Chair on the third floor. Transportation is convenient, the surrounding environment, and décor are very fond of.

Very friendly and professional staff. Every accomodation aspect correct. Excellent value for money.

Extremly friendly staff! Only minus was they were rebuilding some parts of the kitchen but the bentoboxes were great! They were friendly with suitcase, gifts and much more. Location is great! Nothing to complain at! Nice bath as well as clean non-smoking rooms.

Nice people, great service. Lots of little free gifts per day. It's close to everything you want, but away from the noise. Only 6 minutes walk to Shinjuku Station East entrance if you are not distracted by all the shops and amazing eating places on the way there. Very clean. The room with two single beds was quite small. Very modern but basic facilities. If you stay here make sure you explore all the little streets in the area including the Korean district for Korean food just head north up the road 4 mins walk.

Unexpectedly excellent! Will definately stay here again.
