Good hotel for location.
For getting around Tokyo this is is a well located hotel.
If you want a peaceful hotel, this it is not!

I really enjoyed our stay here! It was close to the train and right in the middle of the action of Shinjuku. I was worried it would be noisy but it wasn’t.

I had a great stay here! The location is perfect—close enough to the Shinjuku action but just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful at night.

We only stayed here for one night prior to flying out of Tokyo but wished we stayed here for longer!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this high-class hotel in Tokyo. The views were truly spectacular-especially at sunset, nighttime, and sunrise.

Great modern hotel with a good breakfast option. Just steps away from key subway station entrances.

The jones cafe was amazing! Wayan and Risa were so polite and quick. The Cafe latte was so good I had to have two of them. We finished up with some Chicken and waffles! Easily the best I’ve ever had!

The staff were incredibly cordial and helpful throughout our stay. They were especially accommodating of our dietary restrictions, and the breakfast was excellent.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is close to transportation and in a very quiet spot. Family apartment was cozy but workable for family of four with two college age kids.

Excellent hotel. Very comfortable, spacious room for family or 4 with friendly, attentive staff. The kids loved the bunk bed, and it was great to eat breakfast and snacks together at the table.

Stayed here for 6 nights in November of 2025 and had a great stay!

I stayed at this location with friends and had an excellent experience. The staff were extremely helpful during check in, luggage forwarding and the added breakfast was pretty good.

Basic hotel, clean rooms which had enough space to open 2 large suitcases. Soundproofing could be better and due to the location, we could hear multiple ambulances passing by late at night.

My first time in Japan and this hotel was nice for me being in a really good location to walk and close to the Shinjuku station to travel around Tokyo!

Staying here now, and I would def recommend to people coming here to Tokyo.
The location for what im interested in was ideal.

We had an amazing experience at Tokyu Stay in Shinjuku. The location is fantastic, with multiple convenience stores right at your doorstep and bus stops just outside the hotel.

We loved our stay at Yuen Shinjuku! It is situated in a nice quiet spot located within easy walking distance to the Shinjuku area and train station.

Exceptional service from the staff. The cleanliness is perfect. It smells nice all the time, the music in the hotel creates a calming feeling from the entrance to your room.

Currently in the process of renovations, the Park Hyatt Tokyo was a hotel that I long desired to stay in, and the chance to do so finally came after the pandemic restrictions were lifted.

Service is impeccable. The rooms are spotless. The Japanese breakfast is a delicious and bountiful feast — so much so that you may be full until dinnertime. This may be the only downside.

Great hotel. Excellent location with convenient stores around and train station literally on the opposite side. Great facilities too and clean washrooms and rooms. Would stay again definitely.

It’s a wonderful experience in Domo! Very convenient location and the room was well-designed and spacious for putting two luggages. Nice staff as well!

It's an alright hotel for its price.
Location is good, it's near Nishi Shinjuku station.

Front desk staff helpful. Rooms are on the small side but clean. It is only a few minutes walk from the main areas of Shijuku. Metro is on a parallel road in front of the hotel.

I really don’t understand what all the negative reviews are about. This hotel is in the centre of one of the main areas of Tokyo. You could not get a better location.

I stayed here for 10D9N in Room 401. Room was very clean and you can wash and dry your clothes within the room very easily.

We booked room through the official website and communicated via LINE. The host provided excellent assistance with the booking process and general information.

I thought this hotel had lots of upsides especially for the price.

I travel a lot and I loved this hotel.
The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The service was impeccable, the included coffee and mini donuts all day & night is great.

Family of 5. Room was well appointed and comfortable. Quite spacious for Tokyo standards. Very clean.
Laundry and bathroom was seperate to kitchen and sleeping area which was great.

Our family of 4 absolutely loved staying at this hotel.

This is a really good place to stay in, the rooms were very clean and modern. The TV had a few western programs, it was close to the train station and it had a few shops nearby.

Very comfortable bed, love the area, so close to the train station, surprise that it's actually very quiet at night, everything is well laid out, small but very comfortable, we enjoyed our stay.

As a first time visitor in Tokyo/Japan, this hotel has been an excellent place to stay. It’s near subway/train station, shopping centers, restaurants and 7 eleven.

Stayed here for 3 nights at the end of a week-long Tokyo visit. Location was excellent, with subway entrance just a minute away. Shinjuku Stn was a further 10-15 minute walk though.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel.
Location: extremely well located, 2 mins from subway. And the main Shinjuku station is about 10 mins away to take limousine bus to airport.

Convenient location with a small supermarket just across the road. Minutes walk from shinjuku. Less than 5 mins walk to stations.

Everything was amazing, I cannot recommend it more! The room was very spacious, even had a balcony, the location was very good and the staff even agreed to let us store the luggage until our flight.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The location is great (2min walk from the train), room is very comfortable and clean, amenities are great, and even the coffee in the lobby is great.

Great location just outside shin-okubo which is one stop away from Shinjuku station. Very quiet in the room considering the location.

The cabins were big and comfortable but the pillow was too hard. Also you have give the keys back everytime you go out. Staff weren't really friendly but apart from these the stay was comfortable.

Room was compact yet had everything you needed and enough space to rest. It was within good walking distance of many restaurants and metro stations.

Clean hotel just a 15 min walk from Shinjuku Station. From the airport I took the Narita Express train with direct connection to the Shinjuku Station. Plenty of stores and resturants next door.

Room was compact and the smallest of the 4 places we stayed at. Great location in Shinjuku to get to where we needed to go. Loved the convenience of collecting the amenities we needed.

The English speaking girl on the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She was really thoughtful and took the time to help us and made our stay much smoother.
